I went for a drug test . From the moment I walked in the staff were both welcoming and friendly. Kate and Gail were both very professional and helpful. I felt extremely comfortable and values as a client. I highly recommend this location for all your needs. Five stars :)

This place is run very professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gail & Kate for my tests for work and they were the BEST to work with - Always very friendly, awesome personalities, professional, made you feel comfortable in an already uncomfortable situation. as soon as i walked in, Sophia was very kind and organized and got me put through and seated right away which was perfect. Gail and Tanis did my tests and were really welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away even after one of the tests didn’t go to plan. Cristina was always there to help out and make sure i was doing fine. Kate was my favourite though, she should just keep doing what she’s doing :)

Katie was very informative and made the whole process less stressful. Lady’s at the desk were incredibly friendly and helpful and the environment was nice. Went in nervous but within minutes was able to relax. Would recommend this facility to friends and future coworkers.

Had an amazing experience at DriversCheck even though I was a few minutes late, all the staff greet with lots of joy. It wasn't awkward silence while I sat in the waiting room, they all have a playful nature which was refreshing to see. Kate my health examiner was all professional, very kind, and easy to talk to. Explained what I had to do very clearly which made it a amazing quick visit.

Incredible scheduling, customer service, and overall team coordination.Frans assisted me with great ability and explanation when I was at the office needing testing done. He explained what I needed to do clearly and concisely. He was highly knowledgeable of any questions I had, and helped me every step of the way.When I was calling about results later on, I met Cathy (sorry Cathy if I spelt your name wrong!). Cathy and her team on the phone line were wonderful to speak to, and very helpful with everything I required and what I needed to know.As I said to Cathy on the phone, thank you DriverCheck! I really appreciate all the work you guys do to help the public find the information we need for occupations or otherwise.Having good people working jobs like this gives me hope in humanity, that we can be kind to each other.Overall, extremely professional from all at DriverCheck, and thank you all again!11/10 <3

Great experience, very kind and friendly staffs all working as a team respectably. There are lots of good things to say about the place even being my first time there and Kate was exceptionally wonderful as she got me through my process quickly and well communicative on the things I needed to do. Just went here to get a drug screening done and it was very quick and efficient. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful, Kate was the employee who helped me and she was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and made the process easy! Would definitely recommend :)
