The service of Atlas Therapy is great, and the way that Darion goes above and beyond to truly show you she cares and wants to help you is such a wonderful attribute to have as a therapist. Sarah makes you to feel held. Every conversation with her leaves you feeling supported, understood and more clear minded. She has a way of connecting with you and truly listening to what you’re going through. I know I can come to her with anything, and receive no judgment. What I love most about her, is when she offers guidance, she leads me to my own solutions, which has had a lasting impact on my self-confidence.

She introduced me to brainspotting which has been life changing for me and allowed me to work through issues that I never thought I would be able to.
