My friend Susan has been waiting since February 18, 2019 for work to be done on her vehicle. That was the day her vehicle was hit by a truck driven by Nick Kellman who assured her that he would fix her vehicle in 3 days after the part arrived and would pay for a rental vehicle while he was fixing her vehicle.Finally, on April 2, she was told all was ready and she dropped her vehicle off and picked up a rental. On April 17, she checked on the progress and discovered that no work had been done and that Nick had been driving her vehicle without her permission until it was almost out of gas and the passenger side contained fast food garbage. On April 22, she retrieved her vehicle (still not fixed) and as of May 20, she is still waiting for a call to say that Nick is ready to fix the damage and reimburse her for all 3 weeks of car rental, as he promised.How could someone take advantage of another like this when they run a business that claims to do auto body work? It's truly disgusting and I hope that they will rectify this awful situation.I would NEVER recommend this place of business". Suck it up and take care of this problem. You made a mistake and rear ended someone. A trusting woman that is so kind to so many. And now you've put her in an extremely tough position. By taking advantage of a senior citizen. You must be so proud of yourself....Pay for your mistake already."
