Was nervous to try a new place but they were fantastic!! Sonia was very very good and the pain was way less than other places I have tried. Found my new place to go. Highly recommend!!

I went to Hallie and she is the absolute best. She made me feel so comfortable and is great at what she does and makes it the most pain free experience possible. She is super warm and friendly and the products used are nice and gentle for sensitive skin.

I had an amazing experience at Frilly Lilly from start to finish. Over the course of my month stay in Vancouver I had the following services; brow tint and shape, Brazilian wax and eyelash extensions.The staff were kind, chatty and made me feel right at home. Megan's lash extensions are next to none, she is a rockstar. I have been getting lash extensions for 10+ years, Megan knows what she is doing. Highly recommend all services I received. I'm thrilled- thank you!!

What a great experience I had at Frilly Lilly! Sonia was kind and very professional. I normally do not let anyone use wax for my eyebrows; however, I trusted Sonia and she did an amazing job. I love the shape and clean look of my eyebrows. The product she used was really soft and and gentle on my skin. I definitely recommend Frilly Lilly and Sonia's work.

I had the most fabulous waxing experience with Hallie, it was virtually painless from start to finish, I was floored by how minimal of discomfort there was! Frilly Lilly uses the best before & after care, very clean spa, and it was immaculately done. I’m so glad I had the decision to try Frilly Lilly and I look forward to more visits!

Sonia is an angel with tons of patience and amazing advice ☺️. She makes sure her clients are comfortable and ready. She is super patient and brings joy into the whole session which makes it super easy to go through a Brazilian wax. I honestly loved having Sonia take care of me and would definitely recommend her!!! She’s only there on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays so make sure you arrange your dates!! ❤️☺️

The decor inside this place is really cute, and it always smells great when you walk in! Megan was extremely kind and professional during my trip. She makes you feel very comfortable and is great for a good chat. I appreciate that she matches the energy you give; I had a wonderful experience with her. I’ll definitely be coming back!
