I had an excellent experience with Dr Samuel Bender and the whole staff at the Landings!

As I'm paying a high invoice this week for contouring services by another provider, I was reminded of my absolutely traumatic experience with this place, which lead me to seeking these services today. After multiple procedures, I was told nothing else could be done for me and to try laser treatment. This recommendation came following a skin excision done by Dr. Boileau under general anesthesia. As I laid there screaming and crying hysterically that I could feel them cutting and pulling my skin off, they never stopped. It was the most horrific experience. Although it was some time ago I wanted to share my experience, in case something similar happened to someone else. I'm 100% sure this physician has many successful cases, however, this one was not and it was extremely demeaning to be made felt like I was simply overreacting, by saying I could feel them pulling my skin.

Dr Bendor-Samuel did an outstanding job. I had labiaplasty and the results were better than I could have imagined. Only regret was why I waited so long, it changed my sexual confidence.He is a very kind and patient doctor, who took the time to answer all my questions. I also went in wanting other procedures done, and he didn’t just take my money and slice me up. He talked to me about the pros and cons, and set realistic expectations. I walked out not having unnecessary procedures, but feel that when I am ready or wanting too, he will be the person I trust.

I had a great experience at The Landings Surgical Centre. Dr. Bendor-Samuel and his surgical team were excellent. Everyone I met was kind, professional, and caring. I felt well cared and I’m thrilled with the results.

Reduction with Dr. Bendor- Samual. The consultation was a little disappointing. Left more confused. The actual surgery was top notch. All involved were very professional and compassionate. Love the results. Cannot say enough good things. I don’t think he likes consults so don’t let that change your mind as his work was fabulous :)

Dr. Boileau was great to deal with and did an excellent job. I was awake during my procedure and it was the last surgery of the day. He was cheerful and relaxed and it put me at ease. Very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

Eye lid lifting surgery in September 2022. Now is April 2023. The procedure is very painful and the nurse didn’t fully took the stitches off. There are still two pieces left and got infected. The corner of my right eye is definitely not done properly. Now I don’t know what to do.

I booked an appt to see Samuel Vendor waited 4 months, his assistant called me the day of my appointement and cancelled the appt, booked me for another one after 6 months.....after a 6 month wait: I met Samuel (wouldn't call him a doctor because he isn't, just a guy who scoffs of the sufferings of others). I went in and out in 15 minutes, my appoitment was supposed to be an hour appointement, paid 150$ for 15 minutes, no explanations, no answers, no recommendations. Started ttrying to force his major surgery on me while I wanted a minor one. He just wants money belive me, he didn't want to get paid 2000$, he wanted the full 10000$. Anyways, left so disapointed and unhappy that my husband noticed when I stepped in the car. His nurses had a discussion with me only about money and payments. Welcome to Greedy Club! I don't recommend them at all, at all!

I recently got a breast augmentation procedure done by Dr.Bendor and I had the best experience from start to finish. He made me feel super comfortable and was really thoughtful in his approach/recommendations. I'm so happy with how the procedure turned out and support from everyone at the centre was excellent!

Dr. Bendor-Samuel was nothing but the most professional, compassionate, caring Dr, I felt comfortable and at ease about the procedures which helped with the whole process. The staff at the front desk were always more than helpful to answer questions both pre and post op. I would definitely recommend Landings Surgical to anyone!
