Mum went in to the store today and was so happy with how she was treated that I thought I should pass on her accolades.She was assisted by a lovely woman name Maria who was attentive, polite, patient and helpful. She made my mum feel special and that is so valuable these days with distancing and the loss of connectivity especially with strangers.Thanks Maria for being you. Coach is lucky to have you as an employee.

Such amazing and accommodating staff. I came to pick up an order and the google opening time was an hour off. They kindly let me in and were so friendly to me and my dog. I’m so grateful they allowed me in to get my prepaid purchase so I didn’t have to come back later. Thanks team!

My first time in the boutique and it was such an outstanding experience... the clothes and leather goods were gorgeous and the customer service was exceptional... but it was also so much fun! The representatives were so friendly and helpful, particularly Ivana as she was helping me, and so fun to shop with... it was an excellent experience overall and I'm excited to return... highly recommend visiting this stunning boutique.

Staff is friendly. Products are of questionable quality due to the products coming from China. I would never buy a leather wallet for $500 that comes from China when there are exact same ones that aren't branded for $30. Not to mention the majority of their stock is catered towards people of Asian background. I don't blame them though. The store is targeting the demographic that is keeping them in business.

I had to share about the amazingly personable experience and service Maria provided me the other month when I came into the store looking for a purse for my mom. Admittedly, I was cutting it close to the holidays but the bag made it in on time for me to be able to gift it - which my mom loves so very much! I know she was simply doing her job but people like her is what makes the world better and easier to navigate. Thank you, Maria!!

Was helped out by Amy recently while doing some Christmas shopping and she was probably the best salesperson I have met in a long time. Very friendly but professional, and gave me lots of time and space to shop without any high pressure sales tactics. Made the whole experience very delightful. Thank you Amy & team!

Very helpful. I came in here after viewing the website but it’s so hard to see the features as there’s limited photos and at the angles doesn’t always show what you’re trying to see. Work across the street from one. So on the way home from work went in for a lookI was looking for a non full sized wallet (I already have the full sized ones in black) but you know when you work and you don’t take a purse, just want something small enough fits in a jacket pocket, but big enough it holds ALL your cards, maybe some cash and coins, that still looks like a wallet without being a full sized one.Very happy to find one I liked. I ended up getting a different item than the one I looked and decided on online, after seeing the selections in person.
