I have now used DR Heat & Air four times in the last few years and have been very impressed with their competence. My last request was for a replacement furnace and new air conditioner and the work performed by Corey and Brandon was professional, timely and friendly.Dan Jr. knows his stuff, his prices are reasonable and the work is completed on time.A 100% recommendation.

Our furnace quit in -30. We were obviously desperate and booked the first appointment we could. After receiving a diagnosis and high cost repair estimate ($3199) from one of the larger companies, they tried to sell us a new furnace and maintenance package. Total cost of over $12000. Thankfully, some friends recommend we contacted Dan at Dr. Heat. Dan was very responsive and even lent us some space heaters for the night. The next day, and only $1050 later , Dan had our house warm and comfortable again. Thank you Dan and Dr. Heat for the excellent service! You truly are professional and amazing at what you do!

The team at DR Heat and Air are amazing! We had a scare with our CO alarm during a cold snap and the Dan's were able to help us out same day. They inspected the furnace identified the issue and ordered the parts needed for the repair. They even dealt with the warranty side of this.On top of this they provided us with some space heaters to keep some warmth flowing through the house.When they came to do the repair they were extremely professional making sure the repair was done right and tested all the systems. They even brought in their own mats to make sure to keep the house clean.After the repair they took the time to educate us on all the workings and easy maintenance we can do to keep our furnace running for many years to come.I know if we ever need any furnace work or other HVAC work DR Heat & Air will be our go to. The Dan's some years ago installed my air conditioner, the job was more than perfect, their more than friendly, honest, very efficient and their work is outstanding, as you can see they take pride in their work. Just recently my furnace had to be replaced, one again their work extremely was more than great, friendly, and perfect. Because of all the codes the City has to come and inspect, again the City was blown away by their great work.

I can't say enough about Dr Heat and their employees. I had Corey come and service my furnace, and did a very thorough job. He was so friendly and professional. I think it may have shocked my furnace having it cleaned so well. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Heat. Thank you for your service.

They took time to answer all our questions, returned calls very promptly.They were very professional when here for the quote as well as the installation. Very respectful and cleaned up before leaving. both were very knowledgeable. Without any hesitation would totally recommend them for any furnace or AC work. I wrote another review but I can not find it :) anyway Dan and his crew were nothing but spectacular!! Dan went beyond the service and the install went without a hitch. Dan took the time to show me how to use my thermostat with the phone app and all went smoothly with that as well. I would totally recommend Dan and DR Heat and Air Ltd service, I have nothing but rave reviews for the whole team!!

Cory and Brandon came to install a return air vent in my basement and address the loud noise issue coming from return vents upstairs. They were on time, professional and got the job done right! The noise is gone and my basement will be warmer now. Couldn't be happier about the service. We will be using these guys going forward!

Dan is very professional, experienced and efficient in Furnace problem diagnostic. A furnace company tried to charge me a fortune for a new major part. Dan quickly diagnosed and found the real problem which is a very small problem, fixed it and confirmed that everything else is perfect. Thank you very much for your service.
