When we moved into our new home it had been vacant for a month and a half. After living here for a short time we noticed some mice and rat droppings under the sofa while cleaning.Mainland Wildlife Control was referred to us to help eradicate the problem. Much to my relief, Shah arrived promptly the next day.I found him to be professional, informative and thorough. Upon complete inspection of our home Shah was able to recognize the entry points for the rodents and sealed them off.He video taped the area of entry where the rats were coming in and out of the attic for shelter. He came back and checked for activity upon our convenience until the problem was completely eradicated. Having rodents in your home is very stressful. I can honestly say that Shah's approach as far as taking the time to explain what he was doing and assuring me along the process took a lot of the stress away . I felt confident in his knowledge and work that I did not have to worry if I too did my part as well that I will not be having any unwanted house guest in the near future. Thank you Shah for your time and a job well done.

Just wanted to say, Shah came in as he promised, assessed the situation and started working right away. Then within two hours he had solved the racoon problem that we were facing.
