Appointment was made for furnace cleaning and then confirmed. Morning of recieved a phone call asking if this was the place with furnace in crawlspace.It was so we were then informed that service would not be undertaken due to this fact.They had been here before but we we now told the tech was too old to be crawling around. I had taken the morning off to receive technician. I will not be discussing a new furnace with Traill and will contact their competitor for replacement.Unimpressed to say the least.George MeyerTitan Carpentry
