Terrible customer service!It seems none of the staff are trained including the manager.I called to see if they re-gripped golf clubs and the employee that answered the phone had no idea and had to ask the boss… (That should’ve been a red flag for me)After a couple minutes the employee came back on the phone and informed me that they do offer this service and said I could bring them in today to have this done.When I asked how long it would take the employee said 10-15 minutes so I packed up my clubs and went to the location to drop my them off while I went grocery shopping next door.Once I arrived the employee went to get the manager because he’s the one that does the re-gripping, let’s just say he wasn’t happy about somebody bringing their golf clubs there to get re-gripped on such a busy day!Didn’t seem busy at all considering there were only two customers in the store and four employees working. The manager was completely argumentative and unprofessional telling me I should’ve known better and refused to re-grip my golf clubs.Definitely won’t be returning!

The kind of customer service we received from this store. We bought soccer gloves a month ago. After a month the glove’s stitching came offOn one glove(which my son just used three times). We went there hoping that they will solve the problem. Upon arrival we went to the customer service desk the first answer I got without even looking at gloves or the problem with them, the girl said we don’t cover warranties for the gloves. I told her that we bought these gloves a month ago I even showed her the receipt as well but she said go and talk to manufacture which is in other country(made in Pakistan)The gloves which suppose to be good at least last for little time not only for three time use. they are fake gloves. The quality is third class (in package they look real but they are fake) but anyway customers who ever goes there buy from online at least if the product is not good you can return them. Not like this store which have policy that we don’t cover warranty. In other words we don’t care. She didn’t even told us how to contact to the company to claim the warranty or how to proceed because they know it’s a dead end. I wish there was no star at all. Watch out scam.

Came here to buy used skates and the store was in shambles! Boxes, skis, and other equipment was scattered around in the the isles. Boxes stacked on benches so there was barely any room to sit down to try on the skates. My boyfriend and I spent almost an hour in the store and it took about 30 minutes for a sales associate to offer their help. By that time we had already found a pair of skates that fit me from one of the big opened boxes left in an isle. There were no size 4-6 on the shelves. When we went up to the front to pay they refused to sell them to us because the multiple opened boxes of skates in the isles were yet to be registered in the system. The guy at the cash and the other sales associates saw us looking through the open box of skates and decided not to tell us they weren’t for sale. What a waste of time! Whole thing could have been avoided if the employees at this location decided to communicate and keep things organized. Left empty handed and very disappointed in my experience considering my boyfriend was telling me how great this location usually use to be.

Great store!Big variety of gear for all types of sport!Very friendly and professional staff!I love their option to trade in your old skating gear.It’s very helpful, especially when you have kids. You can return their outgrown gear and have about 40% off the other pair you chose (used one obviously).Plus you’ll get your skates sharpened for free.

Great customer experience for my first ice skate shoe and protected equipments.

I went in to get a look at some new skis. when I came in with my 6 sisters the employee who promised it would take under 20min then proceeded to take 3 hours. I cannot believe hooligans like him would get employed by such a pristine establishment.

Absolutely impressed! Customer service is amazing. I brought my little cousin in for some new equipment for hockey and an employee by the name Bianca provided me with exceptional customer service. She answered all of our questions, guided us in a way we could both understand and was very thorough. Overall, very impressed! Will definitely be coming again.

The yonge lady who help us was amazing !I was looking for skates and helmet for my soon, after spending 2 hrs in another local store with no help we decided to try play it again sports. With only 30min left tell close we rushed in , a young lady help us , measured my son , test the skates fit on him, gave use options. We then proceeded to helmets, we had alot of trouble previously because my son has a wide headed rather then long so they were putting to much pressure or were to lose , but again she new which helmet to get him into right away and it fir perfect on the first try. In 20 min , we had our skates and helmet paid and out the door .... oh and new bright laces .Would definitely go back.

We come back to this Play it Again Sports every year to trade in and get new ice skates for our 3 kids! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable it makes trying skates on kids easy, how is that even possible?!?
