Guaranteed Windows and Doors

Mario and his crew (Chris) did all of our windows and doors. We originally got 2 windows done to see how it would go. Then later on they installed our patio door, and then a few years later they did the rest of our windows. All together they replaced 11 windows, 1 patio door, our entrance door and a garage door. I would recommend this company to anybody. They were very professional. We did have a little problem with the entrance door months later when it got cold. They came in and fixed it right away. Our windows look fantastic. They clearly stand behind their work and warranty.

Tom and Gord came and did my install. They were awesome! They went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. The whole thing took less time than I thought. I had some problematic windows but they took it all in stride. The install was later than anticipated but due to delay from factory. Thanks Tom, Gord and Mario for a job well done!

I have had Guaranteed do two full houses of windows and doors for me, and I have never had an issue. Someone else complained that their product came in very late this winter but I can attest that this winter was very busy for them and the manufacturer as, I too, ordered my house full in the winter. The office staff, I have found to be friendly and a pleasure to deal with.Mario is always an easy going, friendly guy that I find to be accommodating and have enjoyed doing business with over the years. I had the same installer for both homes (I requested him for the second ), Chris, is a hard worker and incredibly capable at what he does. He does not compromise on what is the best route to get the job done.Although the prices are very competitive, the warranty is actually followed through with, and Mario is a pleasure to work with for sales, if the installers do not do their job well, it will not matter how good the product is.I have always, and will always recommend Guaranteed.

Wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. Because of an issue with my old windows this went from a simple retrofit to rebuilding the frames but our installer, Tom did a fantastic job. Tom kept us informed with every step, did a professional job with the install and did a thorough clean-up afterwards. I had this company install 8 windows for me. One of them they had to cut through brick for a bigger window. Did a very good job, right down to the trim inside and out. There was a problem ordering my basement windows but it was handled very quickly and very professionally. I am so happy with my new windows. Great job Guaranteed windows. This company goes the extra mile for their customers , they have a great team and they are very upfront and honest about everything! Chris one of the installation guys is absolutely awesome, he cares about his work , he is very detailed about every step including his clean up , I believe our yard was cleaner after the job than it was before!
