Costco Pharmacy

Went to pick up a prescription at 4:45 pm. It was to be ready by noon today. After waiting 90 minutes I got to the desk and gave my information and they told me they needed to prepare the prescription and I would need to wait another hour.

The guy that works there purposely found a way not to give my husband my medication because I wasn’t present because I was annoying on the phone, now I’m going to the hospital for my withdrawals

Lowest dispensing fees and fast, efficient service. The Pharmacist consults with you on any new medication. They ask you first if you're okay with a generic and much more affordable version of your medication. Don't really know why anyone would go anywhere else to fill their prescription.

Like most other businesses post COVID, Costco actively under staffs its pharmacy. If you’re looking for a long line to wait in, this is your place.Good job Costco, you’ve got to ring every dollar out.

The staff are absolutely horrendous. So rude, unhelpful, and I would highly recommend not coming here

I would agree with the comments here re customer service. The operator of this pharmacy does not seem to care because I guess as a pharmacy within Costco's wholesale, they get customers coming regardless. Customer service is poor regardless of whether you go in person or on the phone. Forget on the phone because they don't even have the decency to ask you to hold before they bump your call. You're lucky if you hear the word hold at all. Very appalling

I wanted to transfer my prescriptions to Costco from Shoppers due to poor customer service. And also wanted the Covid shot. Vince helped me out and had patience in getting both sorted out without rushing for the next customer. Big shout out to Vince and Thank you.

Pharmacy - Horrible customer service when calling in!!I have tried for days, and at various times throughout the day, to speak with someone in the Pharmacy to find out if a particular drug is in stock.I was caught in the cycle of someone answering the phone, identifying the pharmacy and immediately being put on hold. After 8 times of this, and in frustration, I just hang-up. I try again a few hours later and the same thing.Clearly the Pharmacy Dept requires additional personnel to handle phone calls.Based on this appalling service, and regardless of whether the medication MAY be available and cheaper, I won’t be using Costco’s pharmacy. I know others will be happy that 1 less person will be trying to call in.

Worst customer service at pharmacy , they lie every time so many people work , but still don’t know how to manage things . They give wrong pick up time to the people and let me wait forever . Trash place

It is horrible experience with Costco NE 32 ave !! Some staff /pharmacists are very uncooperative and too rude.They are dealing with customers as if they begging the medications from them not buying them !! Actually this branch would never been counted as a pharmacy in Canada or even in any third world countries ! Wishing someone to listen and can control these bad issues ...
