Excellent service, we needed brick fascia quickly and Rona Massey was the closest place to us in that could order and have it available for pick up within a few days. Also at a reasonable cost, half of what it would have been locally, even with the fuel cost to drive out and pick it up. Thank you!

Very poor service here. I spoke with a gentleman here and after spending thousands of dollars here in building material they told me they would not charge me for delivery as I have done lots of business with them. Today I was told that they would be charging me $30.00 for delivery. I should mention my home is LESS then a kilometer away from the store. This is robbery. They have lost all of my future business. Home Hardware in Espanola Charged me $20.00 for delivery and they are 30km from my house! Shop at the Espanola Home Hardware.

So I order almost 300 dollars of lumber and I dont get my lumber because the worker didn't put the address on the work order I dont get my wood when I need it they tell me monday I call them in the morning it wasn't sent out so I give them my address again the lady said it will be there in the afternoon and now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get it. Bad business sense
