Their communication must be improving. I called today at 12:55 and got an answer first try and I'm on the list to get my ash trees treated. They were hard to contact two years ago. When they arrived they were very professional.

We hired this service to come and after the fourth no show, we decided to look elsewhere. Very frustrated, our tree is still up and every time it storms, we hope it doesn't land on our house. Months have passed... practically the whole summer! So to say not on time" is an understatement... "not professional"

First rate people and the work they do is fantastic. I have had them remove a 50 year old willow tree, cable a split tree, and remove a very large branch from another old willow tree. Before they came, they made sure the ground was firm enough to prevent ruts in the yard. When they finished, they cleaned the area very thoroughly.

You can't even call these people. You are sent to an automated call center for True Green and they won't even work on trees.
