Visited yesterday in a party of 6, the guy assisting us was very helpful and fast in getting us all set up as well as explaining in-game controls. He also got our group into a Discord chat so we could all easily speak to each other. Great experience. Can recommend to anyone curious to try VR or small groups looking for a fun diversion.

The staff were super friendly, and the place had a great atmosphere. now a warning for people, VR can make you feel nauseous, take it slow when you get started, and when you are done your session, sit down and drink some water. The sitting and drinking will help stop the weird after effects. if you are going to play a FPS VR game bring knee pads, it will help.

Experience was okay. First time trying VR and I was pretty excited. Staff was pretty helpful, but it was still confusing to get set up and started. We wasted a lot of time in the menu screen just trying to launch games and join each other's games. You should come here knowing exactly which games you want to play and which ones are multiplayer games, otherwise you will be wasting time. Paid for an hour of play, but felt like we wasted too much time getting lost in the menu screen.

I did VR here with my Wife for her birthday and they staff was amazing. They would help us with the games, patiently explain the controls each time. The equipment was all very clean with lisol wipes at every station in case you wanted to give it another wipe.I am terrible at video games, and honestly never liked them much but loved this experience. I can't wait to go back.Only kinda of annoying thing is there is a 2% charge if you want to use a credit card, so bring cash.

I took my 13 and 14 year old boys to Breakout tonight for our first VR experience. While I knew they would have fun, I had no idea this 46 year old would enjoy it so much. The VR experience itself is amazing, but getting to enter the virtual worlds all together and playing games, had us strategizing, laughing and sweating a lot. We played three games and dodgeball was our favourite, followed by the arrow game Quiver. The staff at Breakout were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We definitely would go back and will recommend to many friends. My only suggestion to improve the experience was to turn the heat down a little. It was hot when we entered the building and as played it got hotter. Other then that, the company did a great job...thanks

Very friendly staff. I was there day to try out the VR for the first time. It's basically steam VR with fairly adequate setup. They don't have all the VR games but do have enough option for a intro VR experience. It cost 26.20 per hour per person (36.20 for unlimited play, till closing time, between Mon~Thu) but they're pretty lenient on time so even though there was a bit of technical issue whereas I have to switch station, I still got somewhere between 1~2 hours of VR time.A few small complaint though. Their VR play area boundary is a little off, the virtual wall doesn't match the real wall. And when I switched over, they got my left hand and right hand controller mixed up and I have to swap the controller mid session myself. Other than that, I've had a fairly pleasant time experience VR for the first time and would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience VR for the first time.

Came here with my sister because I won some tickets at a silent auction. It's great that they support non-profit organizations around the lower mainland. We did the tutorial at the beginning which was super helpful to get used to the controller and buttons. Started off with Beat Saber, which was a bit of a bust since many songs weren't unlocked (and we weren't allowed to unlock them). The different gaming stations also did not have the same content available on each one, which I found a bit weird. We then moved onto a coop game called Arizona Sunshine, which was hilarious and super fun as we shot down zombies. Definitely recommend playing this one with your friends, it's hilarious trying to figure out the game together. I'd go back for at least 1hr just for this. Now that I know there's All You Can Play on certain days, I'd totally go back for this option, just gotta find a free day and a group of friends! Definitely call and book 1 day ahead if you can.I'd suggest to the owners to allow players to unlock content on Beat Saber, and also to make the game selections the same across all of their stations.

It was fun being first time playing VR there. New owner and new management. They have some many different games allowing you to play. Scary/not scary, easy to hard. Single/multiplayer. They patiently explain to me how to play even I go through the tutorial. I will come back play more with my friends.

I went here a couple years ago, and it was great. Lots of games, my friend and I had a wonderful time.Returned today - most of the games had to be installed, or we need to 'request permission'. And if they were installed, some of them didn't work properly. We ended up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. The 2 stars are because the person we dealt with was as helpful as he could have been.

Great first VR experience, the staff walk you through the initial processes and give you a 15-minute tutorial to get used to things, free of charge.Good selection of games especially for 1-2 players, but also has games supporting groups of 3 or more as well. Would go again.
