I have been consulting Dr. Saha for just about a month and a half. We are new to Canada and didn’t have any assigned family doctor. On referral from someone, I called up the clinic and booked appointment with Dr Sandhita Saha.She is so wonderful. She takes time to listen to your concerns, doesn’t rush you or interrupt you. She doesn’t prescribe a dozen of medicines just for the sake of it but instead also recommends home remedies and believes in natural treatment first before medication.Even without appt she managed to take the time to call me when I had asked for a phone appointment the same day.I am glad she is my family doctor. Both my husband and I are extremely happy with her care and treatment. Thank you Dr. Saha once again.

The medical centre itself is new (about one year old from the time of this review). It is clean, tidy and well-kept. The main receptionist is very nice and personable. She answers every question and request with a nice and understanding tone of voice. Hardly any wait times at the clinic (maybe because the clinic is still quite new or people don’t like the doctor) That's about all the good things about this clinic....Now to review Dr. Javed which is the main family doctor there...medical knowledge wise I have no opinion of (since I’m not in the medical field) and I’ll focus on his personal skills. This doctor does not know how to treat someone with kindness or respect. He has a tone where if you ask something “dumb” (in his point of view) he will have a condescending voice making sure to get the message across why you even asked that in the first place. We’re patients where we didn’t study years and years in medicine so of course you can’t assume someone has knowledge of a particular level.After telling him of my condition and my history of medications that didn’t work he even asks with a condescending tone, “so what do you want to do about it?” He’s the doctor so why is he asking me what I want to do? I came here requesting his professional help and now he’s practically making it look like my fault for coming to him.Kind of sad as the clinic is nice but Dr. Javed makes me not want to go there ever again. Note I’ve seen him 4 times already and all 4 times his attitude and personality is always the same. He doesn’t know how to treat someone with respect, sympathy and kindness. He doesn’t smile or greet you… times he laughs or smiles is to sarcastically make you look dumb when you say or ask a question that he doesn’t approve of.

Dr Javed was of no help for my cold symptoms and really bad cough attack during pregnancy. He basically turned me away from physical check even I having a negative COVID test result, telling me to seek a physical check at some other walk in clinic! He says that for medication recommendations I should see my obgyn, which I obviously can’t see right away.

Dr. Saha has been unhelpful 2/2 times. She always says I am not comfortable doing this" the first time I went to her was regarding my daughter's hemangioma which she diagnosed as eczema and instructed I just keep it moisturized and it will go away - fast forward I went to children's hospital and was put on propranolol right away. I'm glad I listened to my gut and did not listen to Dr. Saha. 2nd visit with her I needed a basic form filled out to which she said she was "uncomfortable" doing. I feel like she's only comfortable putting a band aid on a scraped knee. Just don't waste your time with her. I want to give 0 star."

I was very impressed with the Clinic itself. Very clean and organized. The receptionists are super nice. Dr Saha is awesome, I am doing my preventives with her and she is really taking care of me. I appreciate her. She doesn't make me wait long time, she respects the booked appointment and my time.

This clinic is a joke. After calling multiple times throughout the day getting straight to a voicemail that is always full, i finally got a phone call appointment regarding my sore throat. Talking to Dr. Saha I told her I’ve tested negative for covid multiple times, have had covid before and know this isn’t it- she continues to interrupt me, and tell me this is “another variant”. Fast forward to going to another clinic that saw me right away and confirmed my diagnosis as tonsillitis put me on antibiotics immediately. I’ve had countless horrible experiences at this clinic, Dr. Javed is far worse and should be checked for his medical license. This clinic is ran by terrible, short tempered staff and the pharmacy is worse. I’ve had many prescriptions either filled wrong, been giving wrong medications or told my meds are simply “lost”. Save your time and go to the brentwood walk in

Doctor JAVED ARSHAD has been the worst doctor I have visited since I’m in Canada. He doesn’t know how to treat human beings. Show a bad attitude and you know that the medical consult finish because he walks away and let you alone feeling so stupid for try a new walking clinic. I always go to Grandview where doctor are humans no robots like doctor javed, but I went there because is close to my house ( big mistake )

Should be 0/5. I BOOKED an 8:30 am Phone Appointment with Dr. Arshad Javed. Yes, I HAD an Appointment & I CONFIRMED it. BUT by 10 am, He has NOT Called Yet. How UNPROFESSIONAL of him! So I Called the Clinic to Cancel the Appointment. Because I WAITED for 1 hour and 30 Minutes, I was NOT ABLE to Leave my Place MUCH EARLIER to Attend to my Other Chores. His UNETHICAL Manner TOTALLY RUINED my Day. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Doctor was 40 minutes late for appointment, just to tell me my injury will get better with time. Ignored my questions about what to do about pain, and what’s specifically is wrong with it. He said “since it’s getting better” I said “no it’s not getting better that’s why I’m here” and then he said “okay bye” and left the room.
