My family and I have always gotten our glasses from here. Today, I just went back and was not disappointed with the service as per usual.

They sell brand names frames and selection is not bad (but can be better...).They do value return customers, and provide good service.The older gentlemen (I believe he's probably the boss), is very good at adjusting the frames for a custom fit. I always come back if I need minor adjustment and he does it for free.

We had a terrible experience at this shop! The lady victoria and the old manager guy were very rude where they are the one who ruined my expensive frame. Shame onyou people!Be very careful dealing with this store

The owner is so rude. They damaged my glasses plus they MAKE YOU SIGN AGREEMENT where they screw up your glasses and you cannot do anything. I got my own glasses and wanted power on them but a) they didn’t do the work on timeb) damaged my glasses and was super rudeI went to a different optical place in same mall do not waste you gas time money in A-lookAlso DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH THEM.

I went there gave my sunglasses to be done they took 2-3 weeks still couldn’t finish it on time. I drove 2 hours to come to this place but the owner’s behaviour was horrible cause I cancelled my order as I couldn’t wait. LASTLY they damage by sunglass looked like someone rubbed it in a hard surface. I wanted to take an action but they make you sign an agreement where you are okay with this type of damage. But i think they did that intentionally cause he was really mad that I canceled the order. Moral I went to “Go Global optics” in the same mall they got my glasses done in one day. Do not waste your money here and DO NOT SIGN any agreement with them.

It was my first time going to them. It was close to closing hours and I actually got told to go somewhere else from a store a few away from them.My family and I went into a look and was greeted by Victoria and Alfred. Both were very pleasant and extremely helpful. It took me quite a while to decide on a pair of glasses and frames for sunglasses. I felt bad for taking so long to decide and asking so many questions but they were happy to help and answer them all and I never felt like they were trying to hurry me up.I finally decided and got everything going. I got my call to go pick everything up about 2 weeks later.I got to the store and only Alfred was there. He made sure everything was good and we chatted for a few. Very nice man and extremely helpful.This was my first time there but it for sure won't be my last and ill send friends and family to a look also.Also the prices were great.Thank you Alfred and Victoria for all your help. I love my new glasses and sun glasses.

Always have had great service from Alfred, a real gentleman who goes out of his way to make you happy. I always get the sense he is doing what he can to ensure quality and value.

Have been going to this store yearly for the last few years (current employer give good eyeglass benefits). Felt compelled to write this review bc just bought prescription sun glasses for myself and reg. glasses for my wife FROM Alfred the Optician. As long as we've dealt with Alfred we've had excellent professional service at a price only possible at Pmall (we actually only go for purchase and pickup when he's there... He can give the best price as the owner). One review made neg. remarks about Alfred. Come on... If there really was a bad situation and you're making negative comments about someone, at least have the decency to give the details so they can comment /give their side of the story.Rest of their staff give better than avg service( for pmall)... Ie. fix for free a pair of glasses i bought there that daughter stepped on by accident. Although their std lenses are korean ones like other stores... Have never had optical issues... Unlike one of their competitors.Pro tip: wherever you buy your glasses, make sure measurements and adjustments are done by their Optician! (not just some sales person... Otherwise you might as well buy online)

I have never experienced such gross customer service as I did today when I went to A-Look Optical. The owner/manager, Alfred, the short, balding guy that other people mention in their reviews, was indeed as rude and dishonest as others describe. WOW! I can't believe that in a mall with intense competition (20+ opticals), the owner can be as arrogant as he is and disregard prospective customers...Never again. And really, why settle for horrible service when there are dozens of other opticals with equally good product and just as competitively priced?!

Perfect customer service. Great prices and very friendly people. Definitely going back here whenever I am due for anything related to glasses.
