By far the best shawarma in Brampton ! This location staff is friendly , great customer service and they are not stingy with the amount of chicken they put in the wraps. I personally love the fries as well, super crispy and always done fresh. Really happy with this place.

I love this place! The chicken shawarma wraps are my favourite. Ingredients are fresh and the chicken is so juicy and delicious. The staff is always great!I’m very picky with my shawarma and this place is my go-to.The French fries are also so crispy and golden.

I ordered $50 worth of food. They jam packed my order in one tiny “thank you” plastic bag. When I opened the bag my LARGE shawarma wraps were falling everywhere and almost broke. They tied the bag so tight that half of the tiny bag capacity was lost. Everything was squished. I also order two chicken shawarma bowls that are pretty large bowls and a side order of falafels. The falafels were so tiny. They charged $5 for 5 falafels and they were the tiniest falafels I’ve ever seen. They were just slightly bigger than the size of $2 coin and they were incredibly hard and dried out. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the owners. She told me to complain to Uber instead of owning up to their own mistake. If you’re charging top dollar for your food at least have the decency to show some respect to the food you’re sending out. She should’ve used two bags and not just shoved everything in one tiny plastic bag as if you’re sending food for a dog. At the end she didn’t apologize or anything. She just said “next time I’ll use two bags for your order” that even with attitude. I then told her there would not be a next time. Horrible customer service and definitely not worth what you pay. Very disappointed. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.

I have been a customer here since 2017 and since management changed, the quality of the food has gone down. The owner was cutting the chicken in front of me but gave me the old chicken only. I would have liked it better if they had mixed some of the old and newly cooked chicken together. I usually get excited over the garlic potatoes but they were dry. They are also very conservative with the sauces so I’m scared to even get more than the 2 toppings that I usually get. The chicken shawarma wrap combo is not worth the price anymore. It’s already hard enough to get into the plaza itself.

I've been going to this location for a few years. Each time there's an owner change, things get worse than the last owner change. Today they tried to charge me extra for cucumber in my SALAD. All I asked for was lettuce, tomato and cucumber. It's ridiculous to charge extra for cucumber in a salad. And to be clear, I didn't ask for EXTRA cucumber, just cucumber as a topping on my salad. It's already a $15 salad with just lettuce, tomato, chicken and dressing. I'm not paying extra for toppings. I'm not paying $20 for a FAST FOOD salad. If you want to charge extra for toppings, lower the base price of the menu item. That's pure greed and it cost you a customer. I'll be sure to share my experience with others because this business doesn't deserve customers. I'm also going to enquire with head office to see if this violates anything in the franchise agreement because other locations don't do this. Potential or existing customers: take your money to businesses that aren't trying to gouge their customers.
