Food was really good, big portions, good menu.The service was ok, they never came around.I really needed a coffee refill but my server was never around.I waited for her for about 15 minutes and never saw her. So I had to ask someone else for the bill.Otherwise good experience.

they have halal chicken options but the fried chicken is fried in the same oil as their regular chicken. so headsup on that. I got their Santa fe benedicts spicy and it was absolutely delicious. highly recommend.

My partner and I came here for brunch. They tend to get a bit busy so I find it’s best to go online to be waitlisted if needed. The service was relatively quick. We ordered the Simon Says with a side of Breakfast Poutine, Chicken & Waffle, Double Americano and Caramel Cappuccino.(a) Simon Says - Bacon, ham and sausage mix omelette with 3 cheese blend, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and fine herb mayonnaise. It was served on a soft brioche bun. The fine herb mayonnaise created a creamy balance with the 3 cheese blend which complemented the bacon, ham and sausage mix omelette very well. The breakfast poutine is a must try.(b) Chicken & Waffle - Crispy Chicken Breast with BBQ sauce served with waffles and pur & simple potatoes. The chicken was crispy and seasoned well. The waffles were buttery and soft. Their pur & simple potatoes had a crispy crust which was great. I was quite disappointed with the portion as there was only one piece of chicken breast in this dish. The chicken was definitely not enough as I only got to eat with barely 1/2 of the serving of the waffles. It was 80% carbohydrates and 20% protein.Overall, the dishes were delicious. I’d love to come back and try their other breakfast dishes

Simply Amaaaazing ! We have been Canada for less than a year and the one thing that we find a bit lacking in restaurants is the level of service and generally friendly attentive staff. But not only does Pür & Simple Burlington deliver with a smile it delivers simply amazing food. We just had the chocolate pancakes and a skillet. Moist fluffy straight from chocolate heaven pancakes (only downside is that I was unable to finish all 3 for fear of overeating tooo much and being sick because they are biggg) and the skillet… oh well I’ve had lots of them in US but this was the first one in Canada (my wife had it but I helped myself along the way). Perfectly seasoned and garnished. No need to add any salt or pepper which is the case with them in US. Will definitely be returning again to try their other breakfast and lunch items!

The food is great.. but get ready to wait 1 hour minimum once you order!! I’ve been to the Burlington location atleast 6 times… with large and small groups.

It was my first time visiting. There was a slight issue with my order, but my server resolved the matter as soon as I notified her. Otherwise, the food was delicious!!!!

After a less than stellar experience at another location, this experience was a pleasant and much needed surprise. Service was fantastic and the food was great. Management needs to do some work with scheduling as minimal wait staff were there until 9am and then the rest of the team came in. The server did a great job of handling tables at both ends.
