This campground is nice and close to medicine hat which is great. The sites are very close together. There are a lot of golf carts driving around. The lake is usually quite busy as well.

I love coming here with my kids, however, I do wish that they would think about a floating Waterpark like sylvan lake. It would be great even if they had a slide or two off the floating docks.

Everyone who comes here feels the level of family responsibility and respect and it shows in our ability to be free for the time we were here.Our kids all played beautifully and the grounds were well kept by staff and campers alike. What a superb lake and park to visit.The water was clean, as a boating lake can be, and the boaters had utmost respect for us non-motorized paddlers. This destination does not cease to amaze and entertain, while finding the relaxation we all crave when away from home.

This is a trailer park(but worse) for people that think there camping. Then again, I'm from Manitoba where there's alot of trees, stumps squirrels and privacy between EVER, SINGLE, SITE. This is the ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE.

No wifi, no sani hookup, no soap in bathroom, no paper towels in washroom, management never gave me a map to the plot i rented, they use the same 20 numbers everywhere, and google maps took me up a dirt road for 20 kms when access from the east was paved. Nothing golden about this place.

Not allowing people to reserve sites by paying in advance is a dirty way of getting an extra day or two in camping fees out people who are desperate to make sure they actually get a spot. Not sure who would stay long term if you don’t have fully serviced sites and charge the same or more than other campgrounds with fully serviced sites. My best memory of rattlesnake is leaving that place, literally
