Living Sounds Hearing Centre
I cannot say enough good things about this place! They honestly care about their clients and it shows every time we visit. They are of course professional and skilled at what they do, but even more so, they CARE about you and your needs. My Mom & I both have our hearing aids from here, and while I am a simple in and out visit, but my Mom suffers from dementia. Her visits usually take a little more time than most, but both Val & Cathy and just so wonderful with her. Val at the front is one of the sweetest ladies, and Cathy has the patience of a saint. :). To say they go above and beyond" standard customer service is an understatement. They love their jobs

Always a pleasant and fulfilling experience. Cathy and Val make sure everything is right and are always looking out for whatever new development may add to my hearing experience. I have referred them to friends and family for years!

Always on time. Always listen to my concerns and search for a solution. Reception is happy and cheerful. I would recommend Living Sounds to anyone that is looking for professional people that are willing to help you find the answer to your hearing loss.

Awesome and friendly staff. Have been with Living Sounds for yrs through 2 sets of hearing aids. Always helpful with my hearing issues and easy getting an appts with short wait times. Definitely recommend them!
