Our new door insert is fabulous! Very happy with it. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it was supposed be ready in 3-5 weeks and was over 12. That may have been lack of materials available, and not the fault of Window Mart. But the other reason for 4/5 was that I had to get in touch with Window Mart myself twice to find out what was going on, rather than them contacting me with updates. However, I would still highly recommend them.

We loved everything about the service. We recently used for Window and door installation. Excellent Service and the staff were amazing, Specially Dmitry! He was always everywhere making sure everyone was comfortable, had what they needed and were happy. Very pleasant and professional. He has such a passion for his job that it translated to pure excellence in his job. Well done Window Mart for employing such a remarkable staff. We really satisfied with the entire work. Highly recommend it!

We have purchased our house four years ago. After a while we decided to make some renovations and part of the plan was windows and patio door replacement. We gathered several quotations after conducting a research on the market. All of them were reasonable, however we decided to go with Window Mart. The installation was made very professionally. The installers moved quickly and accurately. In two days we were already admiring our new windows. Since replacement, the windows prove to be of good quality and we are happy we have made the right choice. We strongly recommend Window Mart.

Replaced the windows in my double front doors. Service was very smooth and friendly from initial selection, payment then picked them up from the warehouse when they were ready. Easy to fit and have given my doors a great new lease of life. Awesome!!!

Not sure if this already out of business, have been leaving messages and speaking to someone who claims to be a receptionist but no one from installation team ever returned the call. Not sure if I am leaving message with a call center whose job is to be just the face of this business. If getting a quote is so difficult, imagine how difficult will be get a good service from them.

Great company to do work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended for doing your window.The installers were great, with the install being done quickly and everything cleaned up as they went. The finishing was done beautifully and they were quick to fix up anything I pointed out. The windows look fantastic from both inside and out.
