This man deserves to have his license revoked and I am doing my best to make it so. I have reported him to RECA for serious breaches of the Alberta Realtors act as a seller representative. Buyer beware; if you are purchasing from him, know that he has absolutely no issues with bald faced, almost hilarious lying, will take every opportunity to scam and cheat you out of your life savings with no qualms. His relationship with the truth is... Flexible. Please be very careful buying from this realtor as he is not in the business of selling homes but in lying to sell homes. Ethics? He hasn't heard of them. I will not fully share my experience here yet as the process of testifying involves a lot of sensitive detail, but in the meantime I felt it was imperative to warn people and other Realtors to be extremely careful in dealing with this guy. While buying a home might be the biggest purchase of your life, to him it's just business - one he's interested in squeezing every penny out of at your expense. Do not get caught like we did.

Kerry helped us purchase our first home this spring . My husband and I were super nervous about this process but Kerry made it very easy for us! I had millions of questions for Kerry about buying a house and mortgages and he always helped me out at any time! I remember Kerry spoke with me late at 11pm because I had so many questions!!
