I had a great experience dealing with Matt. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and very helpful. I got a new set of wax less skis. They were able to give me a very reasonable price.

Nice local shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Most importantly, when I had an issue with my gear, Carter and Jay provided an exemplary and drama free customer service experience. Thanks!!

I have had several great experiences with Lifesport, especially on the service side. They have helped empower me to service minor bike repairs for myself, they have always been extremely patient and sold me quality parts. Matt was great with a tube replacement today!

Jay is probably the best bike technician I’ve come across when it comes to troubleshooting and providing exceptional customer service, and I don’t mean this with a doubt. I initially visited the shop to inquire about converting to tubeless tires and to purchase some bike grease and rim tape. However, once Jay examined my bike on the stand, he quickly realized that it needed significant attention. Despite not purchasing the bike from this shop, He took the time to disassemble it with me, allowing me to interactively engage with the process and gain a better understanding.Since it was a slow day, Jay allowed me to step past the front counter, and patiently explained each part of the bike and the reasons behind the occurring issues. His experience was evident as he remained calm and unfazed whenever a problem arose. Even though I posed some beginner-level questions, he never looked or talked down on me, and instead, displayed a genuine passion for guiding me through the specific parts in question, and why certain problems arose. He even went above and beyond by regreasing and replacing some components in my bearings without any additional charge, stating that the problem hadn't been fully resolved yet.On top of all of this, Jay is brutally honest, and I appreciated that. He never attempted to deceive or upsell me. I was pleasantly surprised that, despite his extensive explanations and effort, there was no pressure to make a purchase. Jay didn't even ask for the review I'm writing, unlike many others who provide great service. He answered all the questions I could throw at him and made sure I understood the concept before I walked out. Overall, Jay’s desire to help the customer should serve as a role model for all bike technicians. I am incredibly satisfied with the service I received at this shop and will definitely return soon for further assistance and maintenance.Great job, Jay, and kudos to Bow Cycle for employing such excellent staff!

Used to be excellent service.Selection is pretty lack since they moved from their Kensington location.Specifically drove an extra 20 minutes to go here instead of nearby bike shops, won't bother doing that again.Went in when there was 1 other customer.2 workers at the til focused on answering his questions.1 worker (likely the owner) at the service side was engrossed in his newspaper.Stood at the service counter for a very awkward 2 minutes, and left.

Great store for bicycle accessories and tune ups. I mostly come here for disc golf though as I frequent disc golf tournaments. It is in a great location if your into disc golf as there is a very popular easier course across the river. If you lose a disc just stop be LifeSport on your way to bakers park to play a round. There is a decent selection but they are often out of popular disc lines.

Excellent Nordic ski shop. Good selection of skis and boots. Quaint selection of Nordic ski wear. Quality waxes and brushes in stock. Big selection of frisbees for frisbee golf. Staff were freindly and helpful store was clean and nicely laid out.

Had a great first experience here. I was greeted immediately and felt welcome in the store. The fellow helped me select a starter disc golf set and gave me some great beginner tips. Highly recommend.

Should learn what customer service is and when someone asks how much something is don’t say oh those are a little to expensive and then try to sell them something cheaper.Felt totally judged as if I couldn’t afford the glasses that we had asked about. Next time don’t say stuff like that just give a dam price?
