Made an attempt to have a prescription filled out on an early Friday only for the doctor to answer and tell me the receptionist was out, so I have to call on Monday. I call Monday and am told that once they get the fax from my pharmacy, I should be able to get it by this afternoon.I make sure its sent off by the pharmacy and proceed to wait hours to hear anything back. I call again and they say the doctor needs to sign off on the medication and it should be good. I then wait 3 more hours to hopefully hear back (by this time its 4:30pm, i had sent off the fax at 9:30am). I decide to call again to see if he had signed off on this very important medication I need and the receptionist tells me after putting me on hold that it actually won’t be available by the end of the week!If you’re looking for a family doctor, avoid this guy. I was lied to about medication that I needed and it didn’t seem like anybody cared.

Sebastian doesn't even deserve one star. I agree with the previous reviews of this doctor, and I use that term very loosely. He has no compassion or bedside manner when dealing with patients. He stares at his computer the whole time you are sitting is his examining room. We had to fight for the test results for my elderly father which he only saw fit to give us as we were on our way to the emergency room. If we had any other option to have my father see ANY other doctor we would have taken it.

If I could give zero stars I would!My original Dr retired and my family was sent to Dr Anthony Sébastien. I went with my 1 year old to get her 1 year vaccine and I had to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. My child, like any one year old, was getting impatient and bored. Once we finally went into the office the room was so disorganized with papers everywhere and things everywhere. He asked me to sit down with my child and so I did and my child didn't want to sit so I stood up and he asked me to sit again and again my child did not want to sit. I told him she does not want to sit because we've been waiting for over an hour. He said I'm sensing some resilience from you do you have a problem with ne?" I said "my child will not sit where been waiting for o er an hour for you" and he responded "well do you want to leave then" I said "no I just want her 1 year vaccination and I want to leave" he said "okay" and kept telling me to sit down. Then he couldn't figure out the computer and was sitting at it for about 10 minutes telling me to help him with his computer and then asking for my child's immunization card when the receptionist had it the whole time. Then he asks me if I want to leave again and I told him that he was being very rude and I left. Looking at the immunization card and the receptionist signed it for the doctor without administering the vaccination!!!Please do not go to this doctor. He is terrible and very rude. He needs to retire!!!"

My original family doctor Dr.Mao was amazing before this “doctor” came along. This guy is completely obnoxious to say the least.
