As my wife and I were riding by on our bikes, she noticed a sign that said lobster $20.00, that was the cheapest we had seen on our 2 week trip so we turned around and went back for a lobster lunch. The lobster was good and fresh but the owners made the visit worth while. They were very friendly and talked to us a whole bunch. They have a nice gift shop attached that the wife really liked as most of the stuff was hand made. A stop worth making to help support the local people!

Great fish and chips! Really huge pieces of fish and super reasonable lobster dinner prices! Would highly recommend!

Service was friendly. Haddock and calamari were great. Shrimp breaded cooked correctly but could have been packaged. Scallops were breaded and quite disappointing (over breaded and over cooked), origin tasted from box or was at least frozen too long. I would return and have the calamari and haddock again.

Food was really good and the service was excellent. Cute gift shop too. Doesn't look like much from outside but its definitely worth the stop. Will be back again.

Went to the “fancy” place down the street and were turned away even though they had empty tables. We ended up at Make and Break at 8:00 pm. The doors were locked and we ran into one of the owners sons closing up for the night. We asked him if they were still open and he welcomed us into the restaurant.....got to love that warm east coast hospitality. The craft beer was amazing, as were the fish tacos. To top it all off the kids were given complementary deserts. What a great dining experience, and at half the price of the place down the street!

Cute spot with great service. We had a lot of modifications to our food but they so kindly accommodated with a smile. I wish they had a little more seafood on their menu. We had the tea and biscuits for dessert which was just perfect on the rainy day we went. Then dropped next door for some cute souvenirs made by local artists (not too pricey). Would recommend as long as you're not looking for a specific menu item.

Let me start off by saying the proprietors are clearly very nice people and this is a family business which I am always happy to support. Sadly, I wish I could be as enthusiastic about the food. I had the devil's armchair burger which, for 15 dollars, was a thin patty piled with a ridiculous amount of raw onion absolutely drenched in sriracha. There was so much sauce I could not taste anything else. About one tenth the sauce, one tenth the onion, some shredded lettuce, mayo, and cilantro would drastically improve the burger. The fries it came with were overfried and I could only eat about a third of them. I would love to go back and support this business, but I can't afford to spend that kind of money on food I have to work hard to get through.
