I started with coach DJ when I had already been going to the gym and dieting for months. I wasn’t necessarily super overweight, but I held onto excess fat in random parts of my body that made me insecure. At first I was a little hesitant because I thought “is this actually going to work?” and (oh boy) it really works!It turned out I was not eating enough at all before—With the plan i was given, I was able to convert my body fat into muscle and I went from looking top-heavy to having an hourglass figure!I would definitely recommend this to others who are serious about making changes and getting more fit; with the right attitude and discipline it can and will change your life. :)Coach DJ is super dedicated and always there if you need absolutely anything! He is a caring professional!

Joined the 6-week program last February and I lost 15 lbs during that time. Learned so much from coach DJ. His program works! Period! He. Helped me go through the factors why I was on weight loss plateau for a long time. My weight- loss results are very noticeable as I get so much compliments from my friends and colleagues. Highly recommended!!!

Not sure how much I can type but I'll try to be brief. DJ came into my life at a time when I had exhausted all options for weight loss. I was 100% sure I was just not the type of person to have the body I could be confident in. That means different things to different people. But I was not happy with my weight or the way any of my clothes fit, so I resorted to wearing oversized everything and hiding whatever I could. Within the first week of training under DJ I saw quick changes in energy and bloating and since working with him I have lost 1lb - 2lb on a weekly basis and have still been able to enjoy junk food weekly. I have doubts about many programs and trainers but DJ helped me lose the weight permanently by changing my mindset and lifestyle in a way most programs don't. All the things I've done in the program to lose the weight came from DJ showing me to stop the excuses and realize it is not brain science. You can put buts in front of most reasons but YOU are going to be the only reason you are unable to lose the weight. DJs ways are all natural and fitting to all body types. I highly recommend his program to people who have been searching and have not found answers or the right kind of help, even to people who are just starting they're journey. Those $50 -$100 you will spend on other programs will cost you years of time and money. Save yourself that time and money and see what 4 months with DJ will for sure do for you!

When I first joined Coach Dj’s program my goals were to lose weight and to improve my health. Not only have I seen improvements (I have gone down 1 size, I’m off 3/6 medications and have seen great improvements with my bloodwork), but I have also learned the importance of mindset and how in the past it has sabotaged any effort.Coach DJ’s program stands apart from any other program. It’s a personalized program that is catered to each individual’s needs with constant support.

Have only just started with Coach DJ in Nomadic Fitness just recently. But my first 2 weeks I have been with Coach DJ have been great, he is very approachable and very easy to talk to and knows what he is talking about. And everyone in the community is welcoming and there is no judgement we are all on our own journey. I am glad I decided to be apart of his community and hire him as a coach. Can't wait to see the success and growth of my fitness journey with DJ as my coach.Would recommend if you are looking for help in furthering your fitness journey or even starting out you would benefit greatly from hiring DJ as your Coach.

Nomadic Fitness exceed my expectations above and beyond. Highly Recommended. I was skeptical at first but I was amazed how Coach DJ is so organized and not only are we talking about fitness wins, we as a team are also working on changing habits and working on our mindset! I have so much to work on beyond the physical body.All I can say is thanks Coach DJ, I wish I'm as fit as I can be one day and you inspired me to get out there and stay consistent. Do it anyway and just show up at the gym. Turning fear and laziness into fuel and build healthy habits. Its great in our team meetings we Always celebrate Small Wins and get Help with our Struggles!!! I was once an emotional eater and now i learn the 80/20 rule and maintaining a flexible diet. It's hard work but all worthwhile. Nomadic fitness provide so much resources and this is definitely a life changing experience!!!!!! THANKS COACH DJ!!!
