Tried the Wellington Rd Petsmart. Loved the staff. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Got everything we needed. Would recommend for all your pet needs. The trainer even stopped to chat with us. She was wonderful.

It's nice to be able to bring my cat to the store. He loves to sit and watch the birds and mice. Prices are reasonable. Lots of selection. A nice pet supply store. I love that their cats available for adoption are all from the cat rescue shelter in St. Thomas. This is where our little bundle of joy came from.

It is what it is. We don't have many options here in Canada for big pet retailers so if you need pet stuff, chances are you're going to PetSmart. It's fine but prices too high. Walmart has cheaper prices on pet food and many of the same accessories.

Didn't have the advertised items I went in for but they did have the dog and cat food we buy. I get it here when the Amazon price goes up, which it does for short periods. The price of many accessories is pretty high but I guess that is kind of the way these days.

Terrible experience on many things. They can page and page someone to comebto their department but that's a waste. If they do come, it's a long wait. The groomer that I had last week for my dog to get her nails trimmed told me 10 minutes max. An hour later I finally got to go home. While my dog looked great. Her nails were done poorly, again! This was a second chance with another groomer. ALL I HEAR IS CLICK, CLACK, CLICK,CLACK, across the floor. DONE! Never going back to these people.
