For several months I had a nagging shoulder pain that never seemed to go away, and would always become aggravated, especially if I tried to work out or perform my job as a contractor. After just one treatment session with Sako, I was able to have resolved the pain and discomfort in my shoulder through some acupuncture, and by following his short routine of stretching every day (one minute of stretches in the morning and one minute of stretches in the evening). One week later the pain is completely gone! Here I am a full month later, restored once again to my capable self with no sign of the shoulder pain ever returning.
