We worked with the team at Calgary Window Fashions following a home renovation - their team was professional, knowledgeable and worked in a very timely manner.They took the time to explain the product, the process for local manufacturing, and install. Once the product was ready the install was fast, clean and they took the time (again) to explain how to care for the product and what we do if we had any issues!The product we have had installed has been great, colour matched the samples, blinds are working perfectly and everything fits the windows the way it should.The team at Calgary Window Fashions has a real passion for their work and for their customers. We really appreciated working with them.

We are so grateful for the kindness of our friends at Calgary Window Fashions who donated black out blinds to our shelter last year. This kindness will help us keep our shelter animals and volunteers cooler during the summer months. We were looking to get some window coverings for our home and ended up at the Calgary Window Fashions showroom. There were many options to look at and choose from as well as multiple color and design choices. We made an appointment for someone to come out to our home and bring some samples. Ashley from Calgary Window Fashions came to our home with multiple samples to choose from. She measured all the windows and asked us what we were looking for and told us the pros and cons of the different choices. We finally narrowed it down to a specific style and color and then Ashley took all the info away to prepare a quote for us. A couple of weeks went by before we connected again as we were both very busy. Ashley suggested that she come out one more time just to confirm that what we were ordering was indeed what we wanted. Good thing, because we did end up changing the color of the window covering. They were ordered and arrived within a few weeks. The installer came and put the coverings up in less than an hour. They look amazing and I am looking forward to working with Ashley in the new year to choose window coverings for our upstairs rooms. The quote was very reasonable, and everyone was very professional and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Calgary Window Fashions for all your window covering needs!

I would recommend Calgary Window Fashions to anyone looking to dress their windows/doors. Ashley was very informed and helped me decide on what look I wanted by taking me into the store and going over the different window fashions. Also the blinds had to be tweaked (which worked out beautifully) because of wood valances that were in place in our home. The installation was quick, efficient and done with a smile.

Moved into a new home. Calgary Window Fashions was able to match new blinds to existing. They came in record time and were installed before Xmas. Would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. Installer was awesome/very professional and can’t say enough about Ashley who helped with the whole process from measuring to ordering and making sure they matched exactly!

Ashley and her team were quick, professional, and very helpful. They answered every question we had, helped us with the choices offered and were always quick with responses. I 100% recommend Calgary Window Fashions if you want to have the best service and product. They made our home look fresh and updated within minutes of install.

Unbelievable. Needed a blind for the living room. Went to the showroom took home some samples and booked an installer to come out and measure. All normal up until then. Chris Winfield came out to measure and couldn't be less friendly. I asked him what the width was just out of curiosity I wanted to see how close our measurements were. He told me he wouldn't tell me as he was doing me a favour" to measure in the first place. Even Maurice in the showroom thought Chris was out of line. Then we got this short paragraph fro Chris that was supposed to be a quote that was over double than what we were originally quoted. No explanation

I bought graber blinds from Ashley at Calgary Window Fashions and love them! Extremely affordable with the most amazing service. Came right to my condo with all their different samples and colours. Ordered them and were in within 2 weeks. Their wonderful installer Ron was in and out in no time. Even took the old blinds with him. The black out blinds in my bedroom work wonders for shift work. Thank you for your amazing service. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I found my experience with CWF very curious and disappointing. I had looked online for a couple of places to explore purchasing custom draperies. CWF has a good site which more than once suggested to drop in to see their showroom and what’s new etc.So I pulled my information together and headed across town. I was so surprised to not be welcomed at all but to feel I should not have been there. It was a Tuesday when I dropped in and I was told the drapery person wasn’t in until later in the week. I really felt like I was being told to leave. I stood my ground and managed to look at a couple of sample books. But the staff lady seemed almost uppity and I felt talked down to. I left. Called later in the week as instructed. This time I was told to send in my info by email which I immediately did. And to send the email to the attention of Jackie.As I didn’t hear anything back I called the following week. The email appeared to have been received but I was told curtly that the drapery person wasn’t in until the end of that week. I waited and waited. No one has ever called or emailed.I can only think this is a business with too much work. I took what turned out to be a $9000 project elsewhere to a more friendly and customer centric firm. And there are a great many more windows to do.
