*Update: The issue was that the sump pump was installed incorrectly by WiseCracks and I had to pay 300$ for someone to fix their poor work*Had them in to repair foundation cracks and a new sump pump. A year and a half later, there's a problem and my laundry room was flooded during a weekend rainstorm as water was shooting up from the pit. Called and left a message on Sunday which was not returned. Called back today as I was still on vacation and hoping to get it fixed. Was told that someone could come by between 9-5 tomorrow. When I said that didn't really work, I was told that we're a non-profit Fri 9-5 operation.". Maybe if you returned phone calls this wouldn't be an issue. Avoid. I spent approx 2500$ with this company
