My wife and I were thinking of getting her a new wedding ring as her original band broke. After speaking to Johantgen Jewelers we decided to get it rebuilt. Best decision ever! The ring looks even better than the original – it looks truly exceptional now. In addition, the rebuild was complete 2 weeks sooner than expected. All the reviews are right, 5 star work and service!!!!!

Highly recommended! Todd is an expert at what he does and it's great having a jeweler I can trust! He resized my wife's golden birthday ring she got when she was 10. The ring has been in the family for multiple generations. Todd did a great job resizing the ring and my wife absolutely loves it and never takes it off.If you have a piece of jewelry with sentimental value and looking for a jeweler you can trust, Johantgen Jewelers is the place for you!

I went around to all these high end jewelry stores, and nobody wanted to fix my ring. So I heard I should go to a specialty jeweler and I found this place. They fixed it perfectly for less than I expected. This ring is over 100 years old. Nice atmosphere, great people. I highly recommend this place to everybody.

Highly unprofessional. Wasted time. Joked around too much. The two people working even joked about keeping my card for a week. Would not recommend but did a nice job removing the links on my watch.

I have been going here for Years and Years I used to go get my repairs done by his father, when the store was in north Mpls. But enough is enough went there today to have battery replace in my watch $35.00 that is way too much, also took a pair of earring in there to have the diamonds replaced because when I purchased them Four diamonds was missing charge was $120.00 to replace them, went to sell the earrings and found out they where not real, took them back to the place I purchased them they return my money, for that purchase ( did not buy the earrings from Johantgen jewelers ) why would some one put real diamonds in something that was not real ???? I ask this guy about it and he said he did not KNOW" they were not real

What a great friendly place! Tod the owner helped me replace a few batteries in my watches and took a couple links off one so it fit better. Quick service and a friendly conversation to go with it. I highly recommend this establishment!
