Honestly Liam is the best! He’s a true professional who is always helpful and really knows the products. He’s also very kind and just makes your shopping experience that much better.

Love the shampoo and conditioner really helped my hair. Staff are nice as well.

I Will be very honest, the whole experience at Aveda store at Sherway wasn’t what I hade expected , store was very dirty and messy , one lady who was working there had bad odor of what I would assumed was a food that she ate or some kind of spice, it was so instance I had to live soonerBut most of all the customer service associate and her way of explaining the products to me was not very knowledgeable unfortunately this was nothing what I experience in the past this is years ago when tea was offered the store was neat and welcoming. the stuff in Aveda was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I us to enjoy going just to have a look or just check what’s new in the line .I miss this experience and I wish it could be the same one dayI am a fanatic about Aveda , I use their products when it came out I love everything about it what Aveda stands for, the quality the packaging the scent of every product in the entire line .Aveda products in my opinion are very luxurious and we are costumers need a outstanding service to come back for more of Aveda beautiful products as they are .By the way the price point of these luxurious products are not low which is very understandable so in my humble opinion the service at the Aveda sorte needs has to be as good as the whole lineThank youEvona

Came in today to purchase shampoo and found what I wanted. Sales rep rang me up, and when I asked for the sample that would’ve come with an online purchase, she seemed annoyed. Although she did give it to me, something she said ruined the experience for me.I’m new to Aveda products, so samples are a great way to try out new products. Am I supposed to feel bad for asking?I won’t be returning to this location, as I’ve received much better customer service at the Eaton centre location.

Not friendly service and better order online.What’s the point of in store shopping if there is no samples and discount benefit…

The team at this Aveda location is absolutely amazing. Everyone I have encountered here especially Hannah and the Store Manager Liam are outstanding! They gave me some of the best customer service I've ever received. They are so knowledgeable and kind. This company's values align so perfectly with mine, I only wish I started shopping here sooner.You now have a forever customer! :)

If you think why a company does well, products quality is one thing, but serving customers with customer service at top notch with a heart that's rooting for the best.,that aveda s secret. Shows integrity as a company and as a fellow human being. Impressed by the wondeful service, rightful advice and going the extra mile. Look for aveda store person Leah (only guy) in the Westwood mall. He is the hero with a black Cape.

Dropped by yesterday afternoon when the sales staff was very pushy. I could not get a word in as she continued to speak over me. Quite off putting, so I left.
