Ray installed a lock in my front door a few months back. Unfortunately, that lock froze up in the deep freeze (-33) we had Feb 4, 2023. I could not access house. Ray was over in 20 minutes to have a look. He got it working; but it froze up again the next morning. I called Ray from the Ottawa airport. I was going to Cuba and had my cat sitter coming over during my trip. Cat sitter needed entry to my house. Ray was over the next day and he replaced to lock under warranty. He did not charge me a cent to his two visits to my place. Gloucester Locksmith provides old school customer service. Hard to find these days. Fast and friendly service. Thanks Ray!

Excellent service. We had an older Weiser front door handle and deadbolt that we were unable to remove ourselves. Very glad they came to do the job. This person is very professional and knowledgeable. He came to my house and quickly fixed my front door lock, replaced my back door lock and made several copies of keys. He fixed it so I can use the same key with all my locks. His prices are reasonable.He is very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to call him again.
