Needed a carpet and stairs refresh to help out with my parent's tired old house. Bill came by and did a superb job on stairs to a basement that had red primer stains. The landing area was just horrid. Main floor carpet had challenging stains from overwatering plants with blackened stains. All done in about an hour and half. Professional. First class. Very nicely priced. Someone asked me to rent a machine at a store. There is no way I could have duplicated that quality.

They cleaned our carpet after a water damage. They got out all of the water stains and some other stains, the carpet looks brand new!! Reasonable rates, good service, I most definitely recommend this company.

I chose this company to clean my carpets in two bedrooms after searching on Google. They have done a really great and professional job. The carpet was deeply cleaned and the odor was removed within 30 minutes.They printed my name wrong on the receipt and they kindly corrected it after I pointed out. They delivered the receipt after the name correction without complaints. Very nice and kind! I recommend this company and I would like to hire them again for the carpet cleaning.

Carpet Crusaders did a great job on my carpet. They were long overdue to be cleaned and now look great. Bob showed up on time was personable and you could tell he cared about doing a good job for me. Would recommend this company.

DO NOT use this service. they will JUDGE you and refuse you. Not only is the company highly unprofessional and rude to their customers, they go on to harass and threaten customers, and looks like they delete their own reviews.Just rent a machine from Home Depo. Friendlier customer service and cheaper.They feel extremely comfortable to harass clients personal number and threaten them. I had to call 911 due to the harassment of countless calls to my personal phone while at work, while being told I would have children service called when I called to get a couch pet cleaned, and carpets cleaned due to spillage.
