Rocky Mountain Chocolate

They make great product but I'm not a fan of their refusal of $100 bills. I'm buying $60 dollars worth of stuff I'm not trying to break a bill. They have no signage saying that they don't take big bills if they did I wouldn't have had this problem.

Richard and his staff helped our school with a fundraiser, they truly went above and beyond. I will forever be thankful for their generosity and complete professionalism. On top of their kindness and generosity are their delicious apples, they truly can’t be beat!! Can’t say thank you enough!! Would recommend this location to anyone!

August 13 2021. Every time im in the georgian mall we buy around $50 of candy apples from this store. Weve made it a go to spot. The last time Natalie and went we got home and started eating our Caramel apples when i felt something pick my tongue ? IT WAS A DIRTY FINGERNAIL. My girlfriend 2 bites later pulled one out of her mouth!!!! We inspected the apples closer and literally found finger nails imbeded in the caramel of the apple!! I called the Owner of the store Richard. Telling him i even saved the fingernails to prove ! He very very rudely called me a liar and said it was impossible to happen?? Excuse me?? I explained how i have no idea but it has to be from the store as they are all made homemade?? He got very mad and rude and told me to say whatever i want it didnt come from them and that i will not recieve a refund??? I never asked for a refund i asked for him to discuss general heigene to his employees.(who are letting fingernails into the apples) Which he said he will not do because im a lier and its impossible to happen?? Absolutely disgusting. And even more disgusting that the owner does not rectify the situation. This store is in bad need of a health and safety inspection

I can't say thank you enough. Richard went out of his way to ensure that my 76 year old mom who lives in a small northern Ontario community, got her favorite treat for Christmas! It really warmed my heart the way he jumped in and got things happening! It was the freshest she's ever had! Thank you. I scanned a few of these reviews and I will say that I just finished a caramel apple and it was scrumptious.

I took my family to the one at the Barrie Georgian Mall today, I have never felt unwelcomed as I did there. Three young girls working behind the counter. When I got close to the counter, the girl shot a dirty eye looked and sounded angry at me and said Are you done?" I responded with " Don't with what?" "Looking around" she says

I previously loved the candy apples here, however, I bought one last week and cut into it later that night. It was rotting inside and the bottom of the apple had quite a bit of blue mold. It was absolutely disgusting, I recommend staying away
