Capital Cars is an amazing dealership, I am so glad that I was able to purchase my Mercedes Benz S550 from this dealership. The entire process from offering me a fair value on my trade in vehicle, to getting me approved on my dream car, the process was seamless and pressure free. The entire management including Gill, Hess, Phill were amazing throughout the whole process, in fact there was a minor issue with the vehicle, and they took care of the problem and installed a new part without hesitation. It is extremely hard now days to come across honest people in the car business, and I am glad to have come across Capital Cars. I will definitely bring more of my business to Capital Cars, and will recommend this place to my friends and family who are looking for a honest dealership, that treats their customers like family.

Even though my husband and I were by the dealership on several visits Phil or Hess always took the time to address our questions, concerns and facilitated all our test drives.Phil and Hess are very knowledgeable about the X. Coming from a Model S the Model X has a few different features that our Model S did not have and they pointed them out to us and showed us how to use.Capital Cars showroom has carpet flooring which was perfect for my husband since he likes to go over vehicles and getting on his back to check the underside was a breeze.The friendly service was exactly what we like...NO push to purchase at all.Thanks again everyone.

I would like to appreciate Harpreet and Phil for the exceptional service, enthusiasm, efficiency, priority, time and effort they put into assisting & educating me to get my first EV. They have one of the largest EV selection in GTA and offer the best price in market.I had a small issue with the car when i went to pick it up but Phil comforted me by mentioning that i can take it to Tesla and he will help me to get the issue fixed and even after that if the problem doesn't get resolved i can bring the car back. They are so responsive even after selling the car and answer all my calls and guide me whenever i reach out to them. Special thanks to Phil for this. They stand by what they say !I haven't seen such honest and trustworthy people anywhere. My car problem is not resolved yet and i will update the review again once it gets resolved but one thing is for sure that i am only coming to Capital Cars for all my future car needs.I highly recommended them!!!UPDATE : So Tesla completed the service and everything looks good now with the car. The bill was 5 times more than what Phil was expecting when I purchased the car but he honoured his word. Special Thanks to Phil.When I went to drop car at Tesla for service then initially they said I won’t get a loaner as my car was out of basic warranty but as soon as I gave them reference of Phil then everything changed. They immediately gave me a loaner and told the technician to bring in and check my car on priority. Phil is well known and highly respected at Tesla.Tesla was supposed to charge my credit card for repair as per their process but when I went to pick the car they just gave me the receipt and told me it is already paid by Phil. That’s a great customer service provided by Phil that I have never experienced before.Also special Thanks to Harpreet for getting our car ready within a day of deal. I paid deposit on Thursday night at 7pm and my car was ready on Friday at 4pm.I also interacted with Hess couple of times and I was impressed on how the whole team at Capital cars work together and support each other.

Great car buying experience. They know their stuff, and that includes their Teslas. Nice, clean, modern showroom, even have carpeting everywhere so it's nice and comfortable to walk around.On delivery day they had the car charged and waiting for us which was a nice touch.Gil is efficient & friendly, and Phil is super cool to deal with.

Amazing place! I bought a used car off of them 4 years ago and the car is still in amazing condition. They made me feel co rodent about my purchase which can be rare when buying a used car. Very reasonable and accommodating with excellent quality cars.

Had a pleasure working with Phil and his associates-very knowledgable and honest individuals who gave a fair trade in value for my Tesla (better than the Tesla dealership). His dealership has one of the largest selection of electric cars in Toronto, and it's not just Tesla! There's EV product from Polestar, Electric Mustang, Electric F-150 and an array of Tesla to choose from- new and used. It was great to be able to test out a few EV product in the same showroom for comparison. Will definitely be back again!

When I first started looking at cars my biggest concern was finding the right dealership, my buying experience with Capital Cars was without a doubt the *best* dealership experience I've ever had. I wasn't pushed around or pressured at all, and Gil went above & beyond to get me the best deal possible for the car. Any concerns or questions I had were answered straight forward & honestly, I was able to drive home comfortably & stress free with my new Volt. I drove over 3 hours to get my car, and it was totally worth it & I'd totally do it again.

I recent was in the market to buy myself a Hummer H3 which I had previously owned, they had one for sale and the journey was on, I reached out to Hess the salesman and we started to work things out.Once the price was agreed on and I was eager to get my truck things were going to be held up, this is where Phil the Manager intervened and saved me a 3 hour drive to Ottawa to sell my truck which I had no idea of the other guy even coming through, he made me an offer and we were once again moving in the right direction.Phil and Hess are amazing people to work with and really see your needs and wants and accommodate, he even tossed in a XM radio so that I wasn’t without my favourite channels.If you are in the market for a new vehicle this is the place I strongly recommend before you go anywhere else.Thank you Phil and Hess
