I didn’t want to give even a single star. I went to the store on April 6,2023. It was our second time going there to ask about the deals for rogers and bell and it was too busy and had to wait for almost 2 hours. On second occasion, same staff named Nima, told me that its so busy here and also told me that my timing was wrong. I felt insulted, but didn’t say anything. She made us wait almost 2 hours again and told us about deals for rogers and bell. She asked me if I was employed with government and I said I was. However, I didn’t have the acess to work email she told me that she can’t give me the employee discount with rogers. Originally I was going to go with bell as I was not going to get any discount with rogers but she said she can remove the service fee. She also mentioned that it is easy for her to do rogers switch instead of bell as it takes extra steps. As she was going to remove the fee, I took rogers.Today, Rogers charged me service fee and told that the agent Nima didn’t remove service fee. I called the store agent Nima and she changed her story and was so disrespectful. She was so distracted throughout the process and was so slow with her work.Don’t believe what she says or get it in writing. I would suggest NOT to go there at all.

Nima was amazing and very friendly she’s explained everything to the customer what the customer wants to know about the product

Worst customer service ever, doesn't even deserve one star. The girl with tattoos didn't know what she was doing, wrote down and told her postal code two times even address coudt even get that right nor even close to what me and my husband told her. Even said cancel the order still put it through. Even overcharged my husband 100 dollars extra . Don't waste your time and money here

The people aHere are so nice! I have been a customer since last two years and they are always helpful in solving all my problems! I even took my hubby there when he was having phone issues and they tried their best to help even though it wasn’t their issue! 10 out of 10 would recommend Ankur especially!
