Very slow customer service. Do not pay attention to other customers in the line up. I was there almost 1/2 hour in the line up on Saturday April 15th around 2.00 p.m. The Sales woman was struggling to resolve the issue with the customer before me. There was another customer behind me too.Left with frustration.The agent should recruit people with experience to provide services.AI

Went out of her way, I applied online, and sent me to a store instead.Jask phoned me to come in, so I did, as soon as I entered the store, she greeted me, and helped me out with starting a new account, and having me on my way!Super recommended!
