Canada Post

I was returning a wrong box sent to.me from Telus there was to be no fee for their mistake. The lady (Grace is on the receipt) long brown hair just came back from lunch or break, open her station and I went up, I was given scissors and told I needed to get the tape off the wall and seal the front of the box. She said I could go back, so I did and she tries to charge me. I let her know there is no fee it was a mistake from Telus and they gave me a code. She was insistent I at pay for the tape, I told her I only took it because you told me too and she could bill Telus then as this was their mistake and they were not having.me pay. She was rude explaining this is a business and I needed to.pay for the tape, I literally used a small piece. A guy in the lineup offered to pay, I thanked him and said I didn't have any money. When this man got up to the teller this same lady said it's okay don't worry about it! I told her she was so rude and I wished she would have shown.me that same kindness. Very very rude service from this woman for no mistake of mine.

There is an old white woman there who was very cold and rude for no reason. She also refused to take my package, which another Canada Post location took without any issues. I’ve been here twice and both encounters with this same woman were met with the same frigid and unnecessarily sour attitude. Reading other reviews here shows me I’m not alone. I will never go to this location again, or recommend other people to go there — because of that woman.

Rude service from brown-haired female employee. Normally, I wouldn't make a bad review, but it was not the first time she's been rude. It is usually a know-it-all attitude or an eye roll. The only good thing about this post office is the blonde guy.

I use this post office all the time, and in the last ten years of doing so I have always been amazed at the speedy, courteous service I've received. I will continue to use this store and support staff in my local community.

First time here is Abbotsford BC. Came to pick up a package from Amazon. Waited to be in line behind another customer, only to be rudely told by another older female clerk to stand back and wait. At least the the younger female clerk was polite and courteous, and delivered my package promptly. As for the older woman, she should learn to do proper customer service or consider a different profession.

The lady behind the counter was really fast and considerate. We were here to drop some important documents, she understood our concerns and was really helpful about it.

Great place. I came closer to their closing time, and there was no line. I had some returns and they were so fast at getting them done. The ladies were also nice and welcoming.I would recommend this place. Probably the biggest Canada post locations I have been in, besides their depots.

Very rude staff. I have a medical exemption and this post office refused to service me. They didn’t even try to accommodate me. I was dropping off a box with a pre paid label. All they had to do is take the box from me. The manager told me to get out and go somewhere else. I have never experienced anything Iike it. I said it in the store and I will say it again they should be ashamed of themselves. This is not the Canada I know. When I tried to show one of the rude women my paper work she said “I’m not touching that”. Doesn’t surprise me this location has such low ratings.

Great way to start my morning ... sign says they open at 8:30, I'm standing at the gate & can hear two ladies having a lovely conversation in the back ... now it's 8:32 and still no opening ... I call out Hello? Anyone home???"
