We rented a stroller and travel crib from Justin and we’re so impressed with the service. It saved us from lugging things through an airport and we had excellent gear for our trip. He met us at the airport and made the pick ups and drop off so easy. He responded to our questions quickly. We’d highly recommend Go Baby.

Justin and Alana made our life so easy with our 3-month old. We did not want to take our own baby equipments all the way to St John's, instead we rented a bassinet and a car seat. Justin did an amazing job communicating with us ahead of the time to sort out the logistics for pick up and return. Our communication has been very smooth for the whole time, and by the time we arrive, they are already there and waiting for us. The equipments are like brand new and comfortable, our baby took no time to adjust them. Before confirming the reservation, I asked how they clean the equipment each time, apparently they use Canadian companies and eco-friendly products, which is a bonus to give parents the peace of mind knowing the cleaners are harmless to babies. USE THIS COMPANY!!Go Baby rentals was so easy, simple, and convenient!The equipment was exactly as it was pictured/described on the website and it honestly looked like they had just come out of the box! We rented a stroller, compatible bucket seat, and bed rail and he was right there waiting for us at the airport ready to go!We had rented a car seat for our oldest from our car rental company but all of the seats they had ended up being too small! We were panicked but we messaged Go Baby to see if they had one available. They had one for us AND got it to us within an hour!Could not recommend this company enough!!

Justin is doing a fabulous job taking over this business! He is incredibly organized and punctual. We had requested a few items which he bundled for us for our trip to St. John's and even got our flight information so he could make sure he was at the airport when our flight landed. He met us in the rental car parking lot and just pulled up to give us our gear, and when we were flying back home he met us again in the parking lot to retrieve the gear. The entire experience was seamless and the rates are super reasonable! It saved us hundreds of dollars for not having to bring a car seat, stroller, high chair and portable crib on an airplane. And with the staffing shortages and lost luggage issues at most major airports, it helped give us so much peace of mind!Justin is great, this company is great, anyone traveling to St. John's who needs baby gear, he is your guy. 10/10 would recommend.

We decided to take a 1-week vacation in the St John's area with our 18-months-old son. Due to all the issues with traveling and lost luggage we decided to rent a stroller in St John's. We came across Go Baby Rentals and emailed them. I received an immediate response and Justin was very helpful giving me different options and even delivering it and picking it up to and from the hotel we were staying at.Later on that week, while booking some tours, we found out we also needed a car seat. I emailed Justin again and right away he added the one I needed to the order.Then, looking at the hiking tours, we deided to also rent a carrier with backpack. He rapidly gave us a solution.We then arrived to St John's and an hour after he dropped everything off at out hotel so we could start going around. Everything was in perfect conditions, all the manuals were there and picked them up the morning we had to leave.Excellent service, extremely competitive prices and he gave us the peace of not having to run around to pick up and drop off all the stuff for a very small delivery fee.Thank you Justin!
