Online it says that instore shopping is available. I just went to open the door to the store, and the woman working there didnt say a word to me. Just pulled the door shut as i was trying to open it. I read the signs on the door, and saw that in fact there is only online curbside pick up available . Which whatever thats fine. But i waited there so I could let her know online it says that there is in store shopping, and she said well there isn't" and walked past me. Barely acknowledging my existence.Terrible terrible customer service and will never shop there again because of this womans service."

Wife and young son tried to go to this location to get a pet bird friend for our bird at home. Two employees were inside, one stayed on his phone watching videos, other one also did not acknowledge their presence. The employees proceeded to help the next 2 customers who came through the door, while ignoring my family. Went to the other location instead.This review intended for Shoppers location, the Paulmacs by the Ford dealership was awesome, go there instead.

Been coming there for over a year, Heather helped me pick out a great dog food that helped my dogs stomach. Always friendly, and clean in there.

The customer service is amazing! And through this pandemic, even more so. I messed up, not realizing I needed to call first (a mistake I will not make again). When I showed up, the woman working was helpful - if she was irritated with me, I wouldn't have guessed it. Always friendly, helpful, and most importantly, informative.

I have never had an issue with this location, typically very pleased! Today however, was an awful experience with the young female working... Completely rude and did not appear to enjoy having to work. No patients or customer service skills. Very disgusted and not helpful. I would not want her representing a business. The owner is amazing though and I do not want this to impact my continued business.

Helpful, kind young lady that I dealt with (along with Jack) were wonderful. She had the food I needed in stock, even put it behind the counter for me to pick up! Good price and my cat is content. Only bummer was they didn't have the large bag of the food. Otherwise perfect experience. Store was neat, clean, everything was displayed well. Will return again.

Great service. When my husband went in for dog treats and they did not have what we were looking for, the owner went above and beyond to find us something similar. He went as far as giving us frozen chicken feet for free! Our dogs loved them and I was very pleased to learn they do not like to keep raw treats on hand for more than a week. It's great to know they keep the stock fresh and are happy to help a customer find what they need.
