Stay away from this place unless you want to get scammed. I went there to get my necklace fixed, and they initially quoted me $40, which I paid. They said they needed to send the necklace to Toronto, which I was okay with. However, a couple of days later, I received a call informing me that they needed to do additional work on my necklace, which would cost an extra $100 on top of the $40 I had already paid. When I paid the $40 they never once mentioned how there might be an additional cost. I told them to send the necklace back because I wasn't interested in paying the extra amount. I was not refunded the $40 I had paid even though they did no work. I highly recommend going to Bella's Jewelry in Lambeth instead. They fixed two of my necklaces for just $15, and their service was excellent.

I brought my husbands pocket watch in for a new battery which was replaced quickly but upon arrival home the watch was dead.I returned the next day and again they replaced the battery but told me it wasn't the battery it was the watch itself but said they could fix it for sixty dollars which I declined. Upon returning home I decided to try a battery from the dollar store upon opening the back I discovered they had removed and kept the battery that I had paid to replace. I put in my dollar store battery and it's still ticking a month later I can't help but wonder if it was because they thought the watch was engraved and might have sentimental value that I would jump at having it fixed for the sixty dollars!

Got my Bulova watch repaired. Great service, promised time was delivered, and they did not inaccurately quote me which was nice. I’ve had no issues with the watch since we’ll done!
