Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Last Friday i went there around 7pm the fat guy with grey hair working there. he was so busy at tht moment. he was serving the skip driver and lottery customers. moreover someone has issue at car wash too as i believed bc he was talking on intercom i stood there in queue for about 15 mins bc lottery was so busy tht day. It looks like they are terribly understaffed there it took me like half an hour just to pay for my gas only come here if you have too much time to waste

Well, I don’t know where should I start from, I work around the area and this gas station is on the way back to my home so I usually get gas from here late at night but lately I’ve been getting this feeling that rather than getting gas at this location, I should let my tank run out and get my car towed instead because i feel that’s still way better than being stared at by the cashier working there for the night shifts, I believe the guy’s name is Irfan; it all started a few weeks back, i went into the gas station to pay for my gas but every single time that i go there, this person would always look at me in a weird way and wouldn’t stop asking me weird questions AND I had to use the washroom once and this person idk why just walked up to the bathroom door and stood there until i came back out, in the beginning I thought that i might be thinking wrong so just to avoid any kind of situation, i started paying at the pump but the same guy would always keep staring at me in a bad way, i just don’t feel safe anymore visiting this location at night now. I tried to bring this to the store manager’s attention but when i went in during the day and asked for the store manager so i could provide a feedback, instead of being asked about what was wrong, the person working there asked me “what type of questions is this”..! So apparently i guess the only way to complaing now is via a google review. #worstcustomerservice

Needed to specifically write a review for my local gas station. I use my credit card at the pump and preauthorize and pump. This location, you will stand there for 5 mins mashing the buttons on the screen hoping to finally get through to pump. Can Petro please put some money into this location and upgrade the pump screens??

Wash brushes not working on left side to clean wheels. Brushes on right side to cleanthe windows & side of car not working. If noOne tells these people nobody fixes the equipment. Customers have to pay good money for poor service. PLEASE FIX EQUIPMENT. THANKS UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS !

Great customer service and friendly staff

Bad quality regular gas at this station. Possibly diluted or watered down. Noticed several times that when I buy gas at this station truck performance is worse than using gas from others. Yesterday I was in a rush and filled in only half a tank of regular gas and my truck would not start at the gas station (truck runs on regular gas btw). The battery is new and had no issues starting the car earlier in the day. I decided to fill in the second half of the tank with premium to increase octane and hallelujah truck would start! The gas station is conveniently located for me, but will have to stop buying from them!

Worst customer service at a gas station ever. I rarely leave bad reviews but these guys are truly awful.

The cashier receptionist is very rude. My new rx 350 lexus car got stuck in the middle of the car wash. I almost burned my tires and broke my car to get out. He was blaming me for the machines mistake, insulted me saying i didn't put it on neutral as if i am blind or first time driving. This car wash should be shut down.

Terrible customer service! The night cashier was rude and refused to help with my issue. He did not even know what a car is which I do not believe at all. Will never come back here again!
