Went to buy items, wrong items in wrong places. Distracted by what I can only imagine was loss prevention coming to stare at me from the end of the isle, guys please just use cameras.. And stop people at the door if need be. Cashier seemed very new which points to a high turnover workplace. (If you have plans to work here please look into reviews) Got called a potential red flag" by manager for using my phone tap. Only 1.50 canadian tire money for a nearly $400 purchase.Went to go get a camping pillow and was distracted by the cashier needing to go get UPC

Thank you to the young lady who helped my daughter and I through the self checkout Friday March 3 2023 around 530 pm - 630 pm. You were very kind and sweet! Your amazing customer service did not go unnoticed! Thanks for taking our things to the door (bike item for daughters bike) to make sure it never beeped). We hope you are recognized for being so sweet!-Ingrid

Took my car in to get tires changed and see about a wobble issue I'd have at high speeds and while turning. They told me I needed new struts. $1700 for new tires and to replace the struts and it didn't fix the wobble. Never, ever, go here for car problems. I'd trust the home mechanic from high school over this shady place any day.

I love the convenience of the new PICKUP LOCKERS! I was doing online orders and calling in for them to bring out to my car; still a great option. Now, I place my online order, wait for the order ready email, then go inside to the huge green pickup lockers, scan my order code from my phone, and a door pops open for me to grab my order all bagged up to go.

Service department Manager & staff are awesome. As a Senior on fixed income, my inspection in Fall 2022 required extensive work, which I knew was needed, but they kept communicating, & understanding my delays, as I intended to get repairs done month by month. I ended up getting it all done in one morning, May 2023, in an arrangement, thanks to the Manager Todd. Will be my go to shop & store always now. Caring about my safety was a key reason.

An all around good store for a Canadian's needs, whether it be the outdoors, DIY, handiman work, or home improvement.Stock selection here is pretty good, although you might not find something you need specifically, since most items are a fits all" type.Garden center is pretty good too

I needed a key for an antique Austin Mini. They did not have a blank and absolutely refused to cut my blank, even though I said I would pay full price for a key and if it didn't work I was fine with that. At least I trield. Talked to a store manager Tammy and she was rude and condensending. I have a Canadian Tire credit card and I am probably not going to shop at that store unless I can't find what I am looking for anywhere else. I had to give one star to move it forward, I wish I could give it 0

Canadian Tire has now a different product identifier on the receipt then the UPC. It makes it harder to identifying products like if you purchase two different filters. Also the return policy is difficult because if you loose a receipt they make it difficult to return the item. Purchased some boots and they didn’t last as per Marks product guarantee that they will last at least a 100 days.

Canadian tire is definitely a store I seem to have to go to for certain things that I can't seem to find elsewhere. However, I find their return policy to be a scam. When they have an obviously defective product, they don't take them off the shelves. They keep selling them and keep your money because they will not give a refund for an open product even if defective, by multiple customers. This way, now if you have to buy a better version somewhere else. They will keep your money by forcing you to have a gift card to canadian tire. The worst part is this gift card has a time limit. So if you don't need anything else from canadian tire for a year after the defective product you bought. They keep the money. You lose the use of the gift card, and you have no product. But they do keep the money, just to be clear. I find this to be a pretty big scam. Considering most other store will give refunds on a clearly defective product.
