They sell your info.The first hour of training is what to say on the phone when they ask you if you are a scam, the 2nd hour is who qualifies for the Time-Share, the 3rd is them making you go in 3 office meetings to discuss whether or not you were enthusiastic about the company culture to inevitably fire you!TL:DR Scam company, don't work there, don't buy anything from them, make sure you get off their phone number list!~a kind gentleman

I have booked their resort as a package. It is a scam like time share presentation even when I received a call from them lady was asking to many questions like they are trying to deceive .I emailed them cancelation no response received even when I called ro them Noone is responding . I paid 249$ as a part of package,requesting refund but no response received. After 4-5 efforts someone picked call and asked me someone called me but no resolution. I feel to escalate this . Really disappointed

SCAM. STAY AWAY.They deserve negative rating. They trap you by offering free night stay. They train the sales reps to make false promises to make the sale.They will make you sign the contract under false promises. The Sales Rep Sarah King and Rusi made all kinds of promises and confirmations just to sell the package to us. They will take information from you and then modify their presentation to suite your needs making all kinds of false statements. Do not fall into the trap. Its all a big LIE.We were made to sign under false promise that the package can be cancelled any time before the program starts. We had 4 months before our subscription started but we contacted them within a month and asked to cancel. Thats when they told us that cancellation could be done only within 10 days after signing the contract. There was no reply. Finally after several emails came a reply that we have no option of cancelling. Selling is our only option but we do not want to fool people they way this company does.

On Facebook I purchased a trip to Collingwood resort and paid $249 the fine-line is that you have to attend a presentation for 90 minutes with sales pressure to buy timeshare. It's a big scam.

Unfortunately I can't give them less than zero. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever in my life. I regret so much the day I signed papers with these people. My major mistake was doing business with this company". Any opportunity I have to give this company the worst reviews I will do it again and again. So disappointed with the "services" and "packages" they offer. So many fees

If you like vacations and your money stay far far away from this company!! I paid hundreds of dollars to keep points that I had paid for already, now apparantly they are gone. You pay a monthly fee and I've just received a bill for $700?! I don't even know what it's for!! And included are $125 of late fees!! I paid a balance in December with no mention of this amount in my account so how can it be late!! I tried to use my points last year to travel to Britain and couldn't find any hotels that had points rooms available within hours of where I wanted to go to visit relatives. So I looked for anywhere in Scotland or England... There were 3 hotels available in the WHOLE of the U.K!! And none I could use. And it was off season. But there were plenty of rooms they wanted to sell to me. I can't wait to be rid of this membership!!!!

There was a mistake in booking and Vitality Assurance worked with me over the phone to resolve the issue with the hotel I booked with. It was sometimes a bit frustrating because I had to deal with 3-5 agents and retell the situation but after my file got updated, it was quicker to solve. The associates were empathetic and patient to my situation and eager to find a solution for me. They always returned my calls and followed up with my case which I greatly appreciated. They also matched the discount that the hotel was offering for accommodation on the new date needed.Overall, very pleased with how they handle customer service. This will be my second time booking with them. They have competitive rates and affordable membership fees compared to other companies.

Do NOT trust themI bought this timeshare in 2017 in Vancouver, BC. I tried to cancel my contract within that month, but I was told and ensure not to because, first, I can't cancel it for 10 years! Second, I will be happy with Vitality and RCI in the future. Now it's been 4 years and I still regret every single day and say to myself Why did I sign up with Vitality and RCI

They called me a few days ago. That same night I sent a couple of emails out to the rep who had contacted me, Jessica McMenemy. The emails went unanswered. The following day I also called her a few times, the next day I called again a few times. I tried three different numbers and could not get a hold of her. Last night another rep answered and said Jessica was busy and would call me the next day without failure. She never called, so I called again today to book with a different rep who then told me that I didn't meet the terms and conditions. I wish Jessica had mentioned this from the beginning instead of making me waste so much time trying to chase her for a reservation. The whole thing felt very strange and sketchy, and after reading the other reviews, I am so GLAD that I didn't purchase anything from them!

I hope everyone reads these reviews before attending the presenation or even considering purchasing any of the packages. The reviews speak for themselves. STAY AWAY.
