Joanne working the fitting rooms today helped me locate merchandise, offered opinions, style choices, helped me understand trends …all while being incredibly professionally and courteous. Well done. With Yorkdale closing … and even though I live a lot closer to other Toronto stores …. Her attitude and ability will keep me coming back to this location, even though it’s farther away from my home.

Great deals! You can't go wrong with this gap factory.Staff are friendly and let you know when there's a promotion going on and always want to make sure you get the best deal.The layout of the store is well organized except could be more spacious for strollers. A lot of families shop here and majority of them have strollers.Their change rooms need to be cleaned more often as there are a lot of dust balls in the stalls.Otherwise, this is a great place to shop.

This store has good sales however keep in mind it’s factory store therefore the selections is kinda cookie cuter.Does not take return from Gap online and Gap store

This star rating is for Ishita (apologies incase ur name is misspelt). My mom picked a denim which was on sale, for my 9 years old neice. Cashout time, the price came up higher (tho it was still reasonable) than the displayed one. I told Ishita and she quickly came out from the cash register for confirmation of the displayed price. During this time her co-worker (girl) beside her who was cashing out another customer, called out her name. It was a reflex action to turn and check who is calling out to her. I saw the young female co-worker of hers’, eyes closed and shaking her head from left to right, indicating not to go. But Ishita went and returned sharing with her politely -> “there is indeed a rack of denim with a much lesser price displayed.”To the management, you need people like Ishita. Coz the other girl made me feel like am lying, not moving an inch to confirm, standing there like a statue and sharing with Ishita the insight with confidence that the denim cannot be such lowered price. For a moment I thought my mom picked up the wrong item. My mom confirmed there is not one denim but lots.I wish you a bright future, Ishita!

Reasonably priced good quality stuffs at this store.

Bought a hoodie, and when I wore it all the Inside material got into my shirt.. didnt expect this.. although they gave me a gift card later, but the quality was not what I was expecting

November 2021 3★Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this clothing store offers decent quality for price. Lots of selection and choices of styles. Though primarily aimed at older teens, three styles are more conservative. Clean and quite well organized.

Awesome deals during black Friday at this location. Lineup was short when we went to lineup and almost all registers were open. The cashier was friendly too but just forgot to give us the gift receipts that we had asked for.
