I just upgraded to ignite internet and tv, now i got only 200mbps from my 1gb internet i should be getting, so having being on hold i got this fixed.The ignite tv is complete garbage, i have a $2,000 4k tv that gives you a amazing picture, well with the old system using the nextbox 4k was great, now the ignite tv is very washed out, and this is on all 4 of my tvs.I have all boxes plugged in with a ethernet and the box settings is set to 4k and 1080p for other tvs and yet still no good.I contact rogers and they should tried to say try and restart the modem try and do this and that, we might have to send someone over to check.Well i would understand if this was a problem at my home but how is it if you do a research about this problem a lot of new users who signed up for ignite tv is complaining about this washed out picture.Rogers is pretty much blaming it on like its a wire problem when really its a problem with the connection rogers is sending to users.what is sad, you can pay $16 per month for iptv for all channels around the world and the picture is more sharper and better then rogers ignite.If this does not get fixed, ill just cancel my ignite tv and leave the internet only and ill just get myself iptv.Fix the picture with the ignite tv
