Flexion Bike Fit
I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. I saw Cody back in the middle of July for a Shoe/Cleat adjustment for my road bike. First off Cody was very friendly, welcoming, and professional, you could have a beer with him and talk about cycling/bikes for hours. Furthermore, Cody answered my all my questions and explained the reasoning behind any of his adjustments. Lastly, his adjustments helped. Instantly, I felt and saw improvements with my cycling. I have notices my cycling numbers improved and I am more comfortable on my bikes.Long story short, go see Cody if you are having any issues with getting comfortable on your bike. You will not regret it.

Flexion Bike Fit
I received great bike fitting service from Cody at Flexion. Being fitted on Cody's jig allowed led to his recommending a number of new bike options for me. I was able to buy with confidence from an online bike brand. Once the bike arrived, Cody set it up wonderfully, including recommending options for an ideal non-stock seat post to ensure the perfect fit. He also made welcome adjustments to my cleats and insoles. Great experience, well worth the price, and I'll visit Cody again for any new bike and to dial in the fit on my other bikes.The Flexion website was easy to use.

Cody was thorough, quick and precise. With every adjustment I was informed with 'why' and 'how' it was all relating to my body on the bike. Ended up with some different sized components that were recommended for my fit, and they got installed on the bike for quick turnaround, so that I had the bike back to ride ASAP.I have no reservations in recommending Cody / Flexion to anyone who is less than comfortable on their bike, or has exhausted all minor tweaks, angles,seats, adjustments on their own to get their bike feeling just right.

Cody is both knowledgeable and professional. He incorporates his experience, knowledge, tools and rider feedback to create a custom feed individualized for the rider. He went over and above to help me with my cycling experience. Hands down best bike fit I have ever gotten.

I HIGHLY recommend anyone who has a bike or looking for a bike to see Cody ! We brought our new gravel bikes to Cody for a fitting and it was the best decision. He is super friendly , knowledgeable , professional and patient . He taught me lots along the way too. He helped turn my bike from one I liked into one I LOVE ! I completed my first gravel bike race , Ghost of the Gravel , Friendly Ghost 78 km in June and the bike was amazing , it fit perfectly!! Thank you so much Cody !!

Cody is amazing. I bought a new road bike a couple of weeks ago and I needed some help to set it up properly. I explained the issues I was experiencing and Cody went to work. The 2 hours flew by and I left with a bike that felt really good. I took it out on the road today and the difference is remarkable. Cody, thanks a lot!

I would highly recommend working with Cody to get a proper fit on your bike. Cody is very professional and knowledgeable about getting your bike set up specifically for your needs. I’ve been dealing with numbness in my hands for years. One session with Cody and it’s been greatly reduced. He’s put me in a riding position on my mountain bike that lets me take some of the weight off my hands while still being able to ride in the trails. Well worth the investment!

Amazing service and professional expertise. Why didn't I do this sooner? It has been a week since my bike fit appointment and the difference is HUGE. I am more comfortable on my bike, and I suspect my power has improved. Cody's expertise and attention to detail is impressive. Cody is personable, asks lots of questions and goes to great lengths to make sure the fit is perfect. Not only is my bike fit especially for me (after years of riding & training) I left the appointment with some new insights and knowledge that will help me understand the sport better and in turn improve my riding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A PROFESSIONAL BIKE FIT FROM FLEXION!
