First time when somebody from the team took the clothes for checkout they lost the clothes and swapped it somewhere. Second time they switch my purchase with wrong size. Always check your bag before leaving.

Took my daughter there today for some shopping, my daughter purchases from Aritzia all the time. Poor customer service ever, my daughter was totally ignored until she had stuff in her hand they are obviously grinding for commissions. Worst location ever. Go to Pacific Center instead

Clothings are so cute and trendy, and friendly and such nice workers.I realized that I’ve lost my earring and came back to the shop 2 hours later from my first visit, stuff who assisted me earlier even remembered my name and they looked for my earring with me….! Can’t thank them enough!

Aritzia has never been my go-to" place to shop for one reason & one reason only -Customer Service or Lack there of.. with the # of staff working at any given moment one would think getting help would be an easy task but its never the case. This outlet location is no different.With COVID19 restrictions still in effect

Very pushy customer service. I was repeatedly hawked on by a squeaky high pitched salesgirl that did absolutely nothing but kept insisting she take my stuff for me. I did not let her. I was already being helped by a nice young gentleman. When it came time to pay, I overheard that the sale was going to who I presume was the pushy girl named charlotte or chantel. Pretty sure that the guy that actually helped me got nothing which is unfortunate because his customer service and emotional intelligence was much higher than the squealy girl.

Worst customer service no one acknowledged my friends and I. We walked around the entire store no hi do you need help. Then one of the guy workers kept walking around after us and would fix things but wouldn’t acknowledge us at all. Teach your employees customer service

Last time I was here I couldn’t find anything in my size (size 10-12). Today I was looking for pants and found a nice selection. I wasn’t really helped until later. Chantelle saw me, set up a fitting room, and brought me items I may like. I ended up choosing the effortless pants Chantelle chose and bought both the colours she brought me.

worst experience i’ve had in any store, rude gossipy customer service body shaming comments and when i asked for any help i was interrogated on if i could or would buy anything. when i got my stuff packed up i was told i had to leave before i could book an uber.

I bought total 5 items and learned I only have 4 items in the bag wrapped with paper. Maybe because I told them I was a visitor. I will go back to the store to see if I can get the item back tomorrow. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the store

I visited this location on Dec 27, I think. There was an associate working the change room wearing a NY hat, she was so nice and so friendly. She went out of her way to help us look at how different size fit. That same day I visited the Aritzia at Guilford and regretted it because the staff was rude and unfriendly.
